“I placed my pizza order online. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately. While the staff located my order, I observed that the restaurant was very clean. The employee who brought out my pizza was attentive and friendly, and she asked if I needed anything else. After confirming that I did not, she handed me my order and thanked me.”

Sadly, the DQ in Fernley closed awhile back. I honestly think if they had a drive-thru, they probably could have stayed open for business.

Of course, I had to get my favorite chocolate-dipped cone! 🍫🍦 DQ has the best!

Tonight, the person taking our order was really pleasant and provided one of the better customer service experiences we’ve had here. We believe he was also the same person working the drive-thru.

He was a young adult, possibly a high school or college student, and I believe his name may have been Lucas? I’m not 100% sure, but if that’s correct, I definitely wanted to give him a shoutout for being friendly and pleasant!

“Im a huge fan of this place. The potato skins side dish are so good, and the breakfast or dinner ribeye is awesome.
I had 3 wonderful waitresses such a delight.

The only complaint was my last dining, the sampler for 17.99 was VERY disappointing and our waitresses had a horrible attitude.

Besides that I enjoy going there.”
