“I have to give a big thank you to Sandy, one of the managers, she completely turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. A few days ago I was craving Arby's, it's been a few months since I've purchased food from there and I really wanted two beef ' n cheddar. When I got home however, it tasted awful. The meat tasted funny. It was soggy. I was so let down and left a review expressing my disappointment. I wasn't planning on returning for a while after that visit. Not too long after the manager reached out to me and apologized for my experience. She gave an opportunity to give them another try, so I did. Waaayyy better. Was perfect! Just what I was looking for. Sandy was kind, genuine, and professional. When my husband went through the drive thru he said the girl called him sir, which is not something you ordinarily hear when going to a fast food establishment, and he said he was pleased with the professionalism. We will definitely be returning!“
“I've been looking for a Ruebens Sandwich for quite some time, disappointed in many places. Little did I ever imagine I would find one here at Arby's. I was served a good amount of cornedbeef on marble bread with traditional sauce and sauerkraught. Food was prepared properly, which is a hard thing to find in these days. Not only that, but the people working here were polite and willing to work. You could tell by the way they served their customers and how clean the restaurant was. I may not like all of their menu, but I like the Ruebens enough to keep coming back for this alone. Too bad they don't serve a good pastrami.“

“They turned a possible 1 star experience into a 5 star experience!! I placed an online order on break for work and only realized once I got back that the order was made wrong. I called to let them know because I was unable to go back to the store right then. The manager that answered the phone was nice and allowed me to come back the next day to correct the order. When I came in the guy at the counter was very quick to help me and remade my order with no hassle. I was so surprised at how easy it was to correct this mistake because most places fight you tooth and nail for a correction or refund even when it was their fault.
