“Ok I went through the driveway on Thursday afternoon, April 11th so I did not step inside. I only wanted two apple turnovers. I was then informed at the drive through they are making them fresh and if I could pull around to the front and they will bring them out. I sat in my car and waited. It seemed like a little while and then the young man from the drive through, with his headset still on came out to my car to apologize for the wait and explained he thought they were almost done but the ‘beep’ meant to turn them over so they are coming out but he offered me a sandwich just for waiting. I was so impressed with this young man. He explained what was taking so long and his gesture of thanking me for waiting was unexpected but I was thankful. This young man can teach others about great customer service. Thank you!“
“The bathroom is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. It's fast food, and for fast food it was a solid 4 out of 5. Service was not fantastic or awful, just average. The restaurant itself was empty at 7pm on a Sunday and it was clean. The bathroom was clean but there were no doorknobs or handles so it was difficult to get out with my arthritic hands trying to put my fingers through the holes...I placed my order in the app for pick up and they made my food right away, fresh fries and everything.“
“I ordered turkey bacon ranch sandwich, I can I say that was the best dam sandwich I ever had , wow wow, like the best slice tomato’s onions n the lettuce, I was not expecting that from a sandwich wow wow , I ate lunch in my car and I can say it made my day this Labor Day, thank you “
