Even the palm trees are “trees”! Hahaha. They have some very cool mug shots like Elvis and Al Capone. The Submarine Sandwiches come in three lengths 4, 6, 12 inches. Obviously it’s more of a value to go big. Check out the pictures. I ordered the G-13. It’s a turkey, roast beef and bacon.They don’t overfill the sub with much meat or toppings but the basics are there. One option I appreciate is the double toasted. I can’t stand a soggy drippy sub. Service is fantastic. Almost no wait. Someone was cleaning the tables. Ingredients were fresh and manly men were happily sharing brews at the bar on a late Saturday night. Ladies it might be cool to stop over and strike up a conversation being I’m now single also. Yet, I was in great company!! “Nice area. Menu have different choices to choose from. Lots of food selections. Employees has friendly. Although took some time to get help. Wasn't busy when we got there but as soon as 6pm hit, lots of people started walking in so go early if possible. Loved how big the tables were so more food to put on. Floors were slippery where we was so just be aware. Everything we ordered was good. We did the A menu and was very happy with the selections. Will be back again.“

We were looking for a place to eat one night, stopped at Timbers on Saint Rose Pkwy in Henderson, and have been going there ever since. Everything we've tried so far has been just great.“

“First time to a PTs and we've lived in Vegas for just over 3 years. I have to tell you the tale.....a tale of my wife who cannot get a medium well done steak anywhere the first time except our first time at this PTs. Guys, this is a 20+ year tale of going to places recommended by friends but to no avail, the steak was medium rare or pretty close to rare in all of these years. In Illinois and then out here, same thing. She was so happy, you have no idea!!! Her literal words last night (02/14/24), "I think this is the best steak I've had from any restaurant!" Mind you, we don't go to the top restaurants but still, some of the stories we can tell from well known places by the locals in those towns and cities. “I grew up in the Northeast (Boston) and was very accustomed to good Italian.Been to Pasta Cucina on several occasions. They always knock it out of the park. Food comes out hot and fresh. You can tell it is hand prepared unlike the freezer bags at Olive Garden.Only knock is the bartender (sat at bar) had personality of a hemorrhoid. Aside from that, a great culinary experience.“
“Very good food. A little pricey. Lacks an identifiable manager which is needed for this type (price point) restaurant. We've been here a few times. Service is friendly but slow. Food has always been good. Fish and chips were nice pieces of cod in a rectangular shape, s sides were crunchy but the bottom was soggy. I think they were done before my wife's steak so they sat for a little bit making them soggy. But again, they were nice pieces of Cod and good. Now to the entertainment. The website showed the country band started at 6 so we made a reservation for 5:45. 6pm came and the band was just arriving. They started with sound checks at 6. So it was an annoying half hour of listening to "check one two, check one two" for over a half hour. Most band members did this continuously. They had I pads with sound software which took forever. They all took turns sound checking. They finally decided it was dialed in and got up on stage at 6:45. Finally I thought we were going to hear music, but all of a sudden a family member or friend in the audience decided he was a sound engineer and signaled that the lead singers mic was not loud enough. So after 45 minutes we got another round of "check one two, check one two". They played their first song at 6:50 and all the patrons not friends or family cheered in jest. (They were tired of the sound checks as well). We were done eating and paid the bill and left only listening to a half of a song. They are good but need to be a little more professional. (The guitar player was professional and very good, he wasn't monkeying around with any mic's. He had his stuff dialed in. The name of the band was Outlaws and Angels.“
“When the salsa and chips are great the rest of the food is even more delicious. I purchased the chimichanga that was packed with cheddar cheese and shredded Chicken and smothered enchilada style in red and green sauce! It truly was amazing and words can not describe the taste of cilantro, green peppers mixed with sour cream and avocado!The outside sitting area over looking the lake and perfect temperature made an amazing day date. I can only imagine what the night time atmosphere looks and feels like!Kudos to the Sonrisa grill team. The bar has a cool round design, with a gold bracelet ceiling, jewel-like hanging chandeliers, and panoramic views of the casino floors. The bartenders there are friendly and always constantly asking if u need anything. Bartender Trish is amazing she always has a smile on her face, has great conversations and gives great advice, she makes me feel very welcomed and I enjoy the atmosphere that she brings to the bar. “So as an Italian from New York, I am serious about my Italian restaurants. It's not every day that I find one that really impresses me. I do not say this lightly, but this is my favorite Italian restaurant in a LONG time, if not ever. The patio atmosphere is great and the decor is beautiful. I tried the Azzurra martini and it was hands down the best martini I've ever tried. It's a real gin martini which balances perfectly with the herbal notes and the wine. Highly recommend it for any martini lover! We also had the grilled octopus appetizer and it was AMAZING. The char is delicious and it is cooked perfectly. Very tender, not too chewy. My boyfriend had the capellini scampi and I had the zucchini noodles. Both were amazing entrees. Our only regret is not having big enough stomachs for dessert! We will have to go back to try. Please give this place a visit! Make sure you make a reservation because they book 2-3 weeks out. Their patio and bar seating is first come first serve, so you might get lucky and find a last-minute seat, but it's well worth the reservation!“
