Attention Corporate!!! This review is strictly for the people in corporate who are pushing the serverless ordering via the scannable code on the table. We do not come to buffalo wild wings to make orders on our phone. This is a restaurant not Walmart. I do not feel like ordering on my phone is something I should be doing as a customer of a restaurant. Are you going to ask that I go get my own food after I order it too? I should be having a beer brought to me while I decide what I would like from a physical menu, not my phone. You are literally making this experience so undesirable my whole family doesn't want to come here anymore.

Based on the meal I just had, do not go to Buffalo Wild Wings on your break too hungry and with not enough time to send your order back. I’ve worked in the area for two years and this was my first time going there.The bundle of wings and fries were cold and stiff and not worth the almost $20 I spent on them. So disappointed, I had no choice but to eat it.The service was friendly, but the food was rude!!!!

This is the 3rd time I have tried ordering a drive up to go order. Every time it is the same guy working the phones and to go orders and every single time myself and anyone else picking up just gets completely ignored. They are focused ONLY on answering the phone and wont even acknowledge you standing at the counter. This visit i waited 20 min before anyone acknowledged me and it wasa server who came up and finally helped. The time before I waited over an hour for my food that was over 20 min just to be acknowledged and then another 40+ for my food that i had preordered online. Now the food, my wings were completely dry like they had tossed them in the sauce and then left them under the heat lamp for the next hour. My side of veggies were horrid, the celery alone was slimy soggy. The side of ranch there was only about 4 drops of ranch in the container it looked like it was already used. We love buffalo wild wings but we will not be returning to this location anymore.

Three tries over the last few months, and they messed up my take out order every time. Wrong sauce, missing items, total screw up. The last time I checked everything before I walked out the door and was able to get it fixed before I left. If you order take out, CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

If I could give ZERO stars, believe me, I would. What a nightmare this place is.For our Super Bowl party, I ordered a delivery from Buffalo Wild Wings, making sure to request sauces on the side and even paid extra for additional sauces. When the delivery arrived, we were missing 11 out of the 16 sauces we ordered! We received 5 mysterious brown sauces (I could only guess they were some form of BBQ). Side note: The side sauces are TINY.When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the so-called MANAGER (!?!) gave me nothing but attitude. She flat-out refused to give me the missing sauces unless I placed another order or physically went to pick them up. Despite me never asking for a refund, she repeatedly stated, "WE AREN'T DOING REFUNDS," which was not the point--I simply wanted the correct items I paid for. To add insult to injury, when I asked for her name, she abruptly hung up on me. After calling back, I found out the two female managers working were Samantha & Jasmine (or so I was told).The manager had the audacity to blame ME for the missing sauce. Her excuse? Apparently, I didn't check the bag upon pick-up. As a reminder: it was a DELIVERY order placed directly through their website. If you were not aware (I wasn't), Buffalo Wild Wings subcontracts delivery through DoorDash. I had no chance to inspect the order before the driver picked up. Nor did I have a way to contact the driver to double-check things since it was not done through door dash directly. Ordering through THEIR site should infer the ownership lies on them - not me or the driver. The fact that they subcontract delivery through a third party is beyond my control.In a last-ditch effort to salvage the situation, I spoke with a man named Max, who assured me that if I placed a second order, he would personally ensure it was correct and he would include the missing sauces from the first order. I'm sure you're shocked to know that not only did we not receive the sauces from the first order, we also received ZERO sauce at all for the second order (which was also delivered with the wrong wings). So now, we're stuck with 80 wings, 5 mystery cups of brown substance and no solution at all to the sauce debacle. I am 100% convinced this was done intentionally to add salt to the wound.I get it; they're probably super busy for the Super Bowl, and mistakes happen. I run a business here in town and I understand that people are human. HOWEVER, there's absolutely no excuse for blatant rudeness and hanging up on customers, especially when the problem stems from your staff's lack of attention to detail. If you're going to hold a position of authority within a company, you should be mature enough to handle tough situations without resorting to toddler-like behavior.So, if you're considering ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings, think again. Spare yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Have not eaten there but whoever that young lady is who was coordinating the pick-up orders is a 100%, certifiable ROCK STAR!! I wish I had got her name. This was during the Chiefs/Ravens game on 1/28 at 12:55pm (pst).

I recently had a frustrating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, specifically regarding their Tuesday special. I was excited to take advantage of the deal, but to my surprise, I was informed that it's only available for dine-in customers. This policy doesn't make sense to me; why would the mode of ordering change the offer? It's particularly inconvenient for customers like myself who prefer a quick pick-up, especially during a busy workday. This policy seems to penalize those who can't or don't want to dine in.Additionally, the quality of the wings was just mediocre. They were not as flavorful or well-cooked as I had hoped, which was a letdown given Buffalo Wild Wings' reputation. And the ranch sauce – it was a major disappointment. It tasted off and didn't complement the wings at all.Overall, this experience left a lot to be desired. The dine-in only policy for specials, combined with just okay wings and an unappetizing ranch sauce, really disappointed from what should have been a satisfying lunch. It's sad when a well-known brand fails to deliver on both food quality and customer convenience.

I ordered off Uber eats. and I don’t normally eat from Buffalo Wild Wings but I decided to give it a try and i don’t think I’ll be doing it again. I Was missing my side of Mac n cheese as well as my veggies. The burger was atrocious and scary not how I specified it to be. It all seemed quite honestly like whoever prepared my order took it from the garbage can stuffed it into the containers and called it a day. this food was so inedible. And dry and I’m beyond mad that it cost me as much as it did. Not worth the price at all.
