Just came here to pick up an order. Lady thought we were lying. Didn’t have our food ready. Didn’t receive the confirmation email. Showed her I paid. She just said there’s nothing she can do. We came back when we found the confrontation and she handed the good. No apology. Walked off and acted very cold and just threw our food at us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have tried this location 3 times just to give them the benefit of the doubt. But each time at different times of the day manage to mess up, forget items charge extra and we didn't get the double protein or veggies we ask for. We do not recommend you go to this restaurant.

The person preparing the orders was wearing plastic gloves. However, while adding to the bowls, she constantly used both hands to wipe off the stainless counter. She constantly rubbed the counter down and continued to pick up cheese, lettuce etc without putting on new gloves. Very unsanitary.
