I ordered chipotlane and feel ripped off since we can’t see how they prepare it we get a pound of rice tiny amount of dry chicken and barely any cream then they hide it under lettuce so you think you got a good portion ! Then the service was completely terrible a lady came to the window like a Sargent saying WHATS THE NAME? Like absolutely no customer service the few pieces of chicken were dry i drove way out from horizon ridge to not have to go to the boulder and lake mead location where aside from tiny dry portions they’re atleast nice, chipotle needs to better train their employees

Ordered a steak burrito through door dash and this location lived up to their 2.9 star rating!!!! Easily the worst burrito I've ever had from any fast food place! Maybe 3 pieces of grisly steak! Hello store Manager........YOU SUCK!!!

The workers were so unwelcoming and unhelpful. I am spending money they are bringing paid to work. The service is not free so there should be some level of courtesy. It was so disappointing I had been craving the brand. The food was decent. I do not think I will visit this location again. Train your staff on customer service and kindness it goes a long way

I have been ordering for this location from the time it opened. But yet again today Chips were missing from the bag in the pick-up lane. Next time I suppose I should open the bag and look before driving away.But c'mon Chiptole. Should not be that difficult.

I really wish I could share the pictures on here. I just took a ton of them, but I’m going to post the pictures on yelp. This place has got to be the most disgusting and dirty eatery. I have been at. I literally only ate here because I was desperate after the gym. Not only is the area where they prepare the food literally always the glass is dirty. The floor is dirty. The tables are dirty where you’re supposed to eat at trash everywhere food mixed with other food, vegetarian and meat because everything is so incredibly sloppy. I don’t know who the manager is on duty, but they are. They are extremely underqualified to run this place. I literally have my eight year-old son here with me and he is even Disgusted. Imagine not being able to fit the standards of an eight-year-old. I legitimately think I should call whoever you can report unclean restaurants too what is at the health department?(just went on Yelp and posted the pictures give it a look you can see for yourself)****no I wasn’t busy when I came in. Legit I was the only customer there.

This chipotle is slow and very dirty. Trash was overflowing out of the garbage bin. They only had 2 girls working on a Saturday night. The soda machine had ice overflowing and the soda was just club soda, no flavor.
