Found this brand new Vietnamese place on St. Rose during a random restaurant search on Yelp. Consuming Vietnamese food is quite a rarity for me so I was excited about what to expect from this place. We walked in and it was very busy. But since there were two of us and a table of two was open right next to the entrance, we were seated right away. So good and probably our new favorite in the area. The parking lot is tough to get into due to St Rose but if you're able to frogged your way to this place, you will then have to find a parking spot. Inside the restaurant is also a little small on seating but say you do, ordering anything will not be a disappointment! We got a pho with brisket and a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork. I came here because I saw an instagram foodie video and have driven by it a few times so finally stopped to try it with my family! We are Vietnamese and eat tons of Vietnamese food, and I will say that the pho itself was one of the most rich and flavorful broths I've ever had.
