We usually love Cold Stone, and find this location and the entire staff helpful and friendly. I have been ordering via delivery for the past month, or so; weird cravings following a long time of not eating having Covid. We were disappointed with our most recent order.First, I want to thank the very nice lady I spoke with on the phone before placing the order. She explained that if I ordered directly from their website, I could add extra waffle cones and cups. I was unable to do that via Uber Eats. So, I did just that this time.They cones arrived just fine. The waffle cup looked burned. I thought it would be okay, but it actually tasted burned as well. I could overlook that, but the quart that we ordered was disappointing. It was only sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chip mix in. There were not many chocolates chips mixed it at all. When we order a Like It, Love It, Gotta Have It, or even the next size, it's usually packed with chips! From now on, we will only order the smaller sizes. We also ordered a Like It size sweet cream with cookie dough (I made an error and forgot to mark that we also wanted chocolate chips). There were no decent sized pieces of cookie dough at all.We're going to use this as a learning experience. We do like Cold Stone Creamery ice cream, and would recommend it to others. I will now call after ordering to ensure we don't have probably going forward.

Great dessert and solid content.... however, it would be nice if area had some benches to consume the food as well. Maybe my concern is More so pointed at this general shopping center, but I was running errands and stopped for ice cream and couldn't find a place to sit down at all and it ended up spilling. Just kind of ridiculous there is no seating.

Great ice cream creations and service here! I haven't been to a Cold Stone in 10+ years, I'm happy we stopped in. They let us sample a few kinds of ice cream before deciding and made great recommendations. We loved the Barbie theme ice cream creation and would not have got it had the kind staff not told us about it. Was a nice change. Will definitely return, loved the vibes, topping options, and atmosphere.

My first time eating at this creamy, and what I can say is that overall i enjoyed the time there, I need to cool down from the heat and work. The person attended me was really kind, and the place wasn't busy at all. There was many different many flavors and toppings that you can add on to ice cream and I found the size convenient. I honestly 100% recommend if you want a tasty treat and something cool you down.
If you have allergies, double check the cones they give you. I have an allergy to tree nuts but not peanuts. I had asked if the cone with the nuts on it was peanuts, and they confirmed it was.It was not. It was almonds.Thankfully my allergy isn't bad, so I didn't require any medical help, but if I was someone with a severe allergy, it would have been much more of an issue.

The ice cream is great but the toppings look like they are ancient and bc it seems as a decor it looks so dirty as if it hasn't been changed in eons , everyone is always nice I just think the glass jars need to be ditched !
