I had a really great experience during my trip to Einstein Bros Bagels today. The cashier was so very helpful in guiding me through the app and my rewards. She was beyond graceful when I couldn't figure it out! I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a black coffee with a bit of cream. Came out super quick for me (I feel this could obviously vary by time in the day and order) and tasted as you would expect (delicious). Overall: 4.2/5 (take out) Was worried about ordering here after reading the bad reviews but everything turned out fine. My order was ready for pick-up when I arrived. The space was clean and empty. The price is fair as well. Nova Lox ($9.49): This came with cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes, and plan cream cheese. I chose the everything bagel, make it thin, & toasted with sea salt chips. It was good but not the smoked salmon wasn't as fresh as I would have liked....read full review

We had a 5-star experience at this location yesterday. My cousin and I stopped in for some bagels to go. The flavor she wanted wasn't available at that moment, so they made some fresh for her.
