Evergreen Coffee is one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas, I’m somewhat of a matcha snob lol and it’s important to me to find ceremonial matcha with no added sugars (unfortunately a lot of coffee shops add sugar or flavors to their matcha). Evergreen sources theirs from Uji, Japan which is regarded as the highest grade of matcha in Japan. They also have milk alternatives, and their pastries are wonderful as well. :)
I was able to visit this small, intimate coffee shop over the holidays and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Although I don't drink a lot of coffee, I did enjoy trying their ceremonial Matcha.There were four of us and we arrived late morning. Very happy that we have this type of coffee shop in our neighborhood. They really put a lot of thought into their products and it shows in the finished products. Highly recommend their cold brew, which has a nice caffeine kick and fruity aftertaste.
