This is second my I am missing items from my order. I asked the drive thru lady to check my order to make sure she packed it properly. She was very rude and disrespectful. She needs to learn manner before working in the customer service position. Not going to this location anymore.

Was not open at 4am in the morning! Cones was in front of the drive thru, both doors were locked when I got out & two cars was outside! When I drove off a lady was right in the window smiling with her head set on with short hair. What a joke! I have pics of the two cars as well.

Caucasian female named Jayden or Jaiden was VERY RUDE taking orders over the headset. She did not sound friendly and rushed me through the order. I get its Thanksgiving and maybe she didn't want to be there but not my fault. Then when I get to the handout window she opens the window and just blurts a total at me. I go to hand her my card and she snatched it out my hand. I then told her don't ever snatch a card out of my hand and that she is rude. She then had another female employee hand me my food. Just horrible experience all around.

Here at 9:00pm and their drive thru has a cone in front of it and the dining room doors are locked. Door says open until 10pm. This happens often here. Just watched 5 cars drive up to the drive thru then drive away to see it’s closed early.

****WARNING*****Don't eat hear. I don't have a lot of money so I come here. What a waste!!! Food is cold, food is wrong, food is missing. Pretty simple order 4 combos all wrong. Employees look frustrated and tired, but I was the only car in the drive thru. God I wish I didn't come here. When you're stomach starts hurting, don't say I didn't warn you. Thanks jack n the box for putting your final touch on such a bad day. We've all had a bad fast food experience in our life, but this one goes in the top 10 of worst ones ever. I will never return to this location!

Not a reliable location.I’ve lived near this place for four years, and there were multiple occasions where the store closed before it’s designated closing time of 10 pm in the dining room and 24 hr drive through, which tells me that this is a frequent problem problem. I love Jack in the box, but this particular location could be a bit more professional.
