Jimmy John's in Henderson

“Love Jimmy John's. Very polite, the sandwiches are always very neat and tasty. Extra credit point goes to one of the guys working there. They have switched from using Grey Poupon on their sandwiches instead going with plain yellow mustard. He could tell that came as a shock to me so as I sat down to eat, he comes out to give me the last jar (and I mean like a 28 Oz. jar) of Grey Poupon. Score!!!“

“Had a great experience here yesterday buying subs, cookies, and chips for the family. I usually mix up my order to try different things, but since I’ve had their #9 Italian Night Club, I don’t think I’ll get anything else. The bread was so fresh and the meats and cheese had tons of flavor. I went inside and ordered and the employees were super nice and the place was plenty clean - definitely the best Jimmy John’s in the Valley.“

“This location is clean and well kept. never had an issue here. I order online and it's always right and waiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. we always get the giant and share it to save a few pennie's. I don't like their chips. of course that's not the branchs' fault. I wish they had a non kettle cooked variety. sometimes i stop at 7-11 first for chips. Alas, I still come here cuz I love the sandwiches. it's convenient and better than burgers. the cookies are the bomb!“

“Edited. Redeemed! I decided to give it another try at this location. Sandwich was correct and and I waited less than 3 minutes.Y'all. I'm sad to do this but I had to. I haven't had Jimmy John's in 4 years because of where we lived so I was super excited to get it today. Walk in, staff is friendly. I specifically ask if the number 4 just has turkey and was told yes. Then they don't have a spicy Vito but thought they could make something similar. Fail on all accounts. First, I waited forever. The last Jimmy John's we went to (no matter how busy) had our sandwich ready by the time we got our drinks poured. Then I get All. The. Way home, open our sandwiches, my husband is disgusted, his is gross and not a spicy Vito or even close. I open mine and it's covered in everything. Now I did call and they said I could stop back in but no I can't. I'm sitting down with my small children who have their food. Even offering delivery wouldn't have pleased me at this point since now we couldn't eat together. But delivery wasn't offered. Do better. Won't return to this location.“
