The best pho in town! Trust me! The big bone pho is the star of the menu ;) Place is small, but cute with best staff !

We made the 35 min. drive from Summerlin to Henderson enticed by the promise of fresh noodles and gau meat since most Vegas pho restaurants don't carry either. but sadly, Let's Get Pho fell short of expectations. The fresh noodles were disappointingly hard and broken into little pieces, not resembling traditional long chewy noodle strands. Despite bringing it to the staff's attention, there was no attempt to address the issue besides "sorry about that". The "gau" turned out to be random unrecognizable pieces of fat and gristle, far from the traditional rendition we were expecting. To add to the disappointment, the broth was excessively sweet, lacking the savory depth we anticipated. Even the oxtail, a simple cut that's easy to make, was dry and tough, detracting from the overall experience. At $25 per bowl, we expected better quality. Regrettably, we won't be returning.

I came here because I saw an instagram foodie video and have driven by it a few times so finally stopped to try it with my family! We are Vietnamese and eat tons of Vietnamese food, and I will say that the pho itself was one of the most rich and flavorful broths I've ever had. I was most excited for the thick noodles and they were delicious. We also had a vermicelli bowl and Chinese sausage rice. It was all very good. The spring rolls were pretty small and didn't have anything special. The staff were all very kind and upbeat!! The only downside to this place is the price. The cheapest bowl of pho with nothing in it is $15 (I think, I may be wrong,) but everything here was the most expensive pho place I've been to yet. Also, the military discount is only for a couple hours a couple days a week. I know it's nice to offer the military discount in general, but seems kind of pointless. I do want to come back to try their specialty coffees, but I think if I was craving Vietnamese I'd still go to a cheaper place with equal quality. Still delicious though!

Found this brand new Vietnamese place on St. Rose during a random restaurant search on Yelp. Consuming Vietnamese food is quite a rarity for me so I was excited about what to expect from this place. We walked in and it was very busy. But since there were two of us and a table of two was open right next to the entrance, we were seated right away. Though there was a QR code that we could scan on our phones to view the menu, we were also given physical menus. They had a lot of coffee choices on their menu, but I had to skip them because I tend to get no sleep if I drink coffee at night. Maybe when I come back here for lunch someday, I'll definitely try their coffee. We started off with an appetizer of (3) spring rolls to share. Because there were 3, we ended up splitting the last one in half. These spring rolls were crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Their entree options consisted of signature bowls and a custom menu called "Only Pho You". We stuck with their signature bowls and I ordered the Pho Tom, which was large shrimp in delicious beef broth, according to the item description, with thick noodles. My boyfriend got the Pho Tai, which was described as perfectly thin cut eye round steak, also with thick noodles. The more I dug deep into my Pho Tom bowl with my chopsticks, the more noodles and shrimp came about! It was like a bottomless pit of delicious noodles and shrimp soaked in beef broth, topped with onion slices and green scallions. My boyfriend said that he really enjoyed his Pho Tai and also said that the beef and noodles were cooked perfectly. This dish was also topped with onion slices and green scallions. A great taste of Vietnam right there! The service was quick and friendly and our appetizers and entrees came out in a jiffy, despite it being so busy. Will definitely have to come back for lunch so I can try out their coffee, maybe during their 2:00pm-5:00pm happy hour.

I really wanted to love this place because it's easy and convenient for me to go to, but I tried their signature "Let's Get Pho" combination Pho and unfortunately it wasn't that great. Flavor was kind of bland, and I'll explain - I did a to go order, but for $20 I shouldn't have a 2 inch layer of pure oil sitting above my soup broth when putting everything together. It simply wasn't as appetizing and quite frankly a disappointment. Food is so expensive these days, it hurts to buy a $20 meal and not be happy about it.

So good and probably our new favorite in the area. The parking lot is tough to get into due to St Rose but if you're able to frogged your way to this place, you will then have to find a parking spot. Inside the restaurant is also a little small on seating but say you do, ordering anything will not be a disappointment! We got a pho with brisket and a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork. Both delicious. The service was also great and we were always checked up on. We will be back to try other food!

We were excited to try this new place since it's in our neighborhood. The reviews looked good. That's all it is cause they have a raffle thing to win something if you write a review. Well this was our experience...No waiting area to be seated. They have seats right by the door and the cashier. It's where they wanted to seat us at first. It's uncomfortable having people right next to you or hovering over you. We asked for a different table. We got a seat in the back area. It took a bit over 5 min for the waiter to ask if we wanted anything to drink. 5 minutes after that we finally got our waters dropped off from someone else. He dropped and dashed not even time for us to stop him as we were ready to order. We sat there for 35 min total to not get checked on or to take our order. Tried to wave someone down while they passed us but we were just ignored. We got up and left!!! We go out to eat and have a great experience. Not to feel like we aren't valued customers.

Servers were always just around the corner. Our massive Pho bowls were out in less than 8min from ordering. Loaded with goodies and the side of lime was so juicy! Taro Coffee has the perfect Taro flavor without the extra sweetness. The coffee bitter bite balances well! They were pleasant and welcoming regardless of our extra questions. Very kind staff and overall positive experience. Friendly atmosphere. Will be back!

After seeing videos of the big bone soup I was very excited to try it. The place looked great and very clean. We were sat down right away and got our drink order immediately. Everything started really good but went down hill from here. First the $10 fried egg rolls. Came with 3 and 2 pieces of lettuce. We like to wrap our egg rolls with lettuce but we were left one short. Ask if I can get one more piece but it never came. Vermicelli cold noodle with pork and shrimp. It was okay nothing about it stood out to make us come back for it. Definitely had better from multiple places. Next was my kids food. It was plain pho with rare steak and egg noodles. There was barely any meat and noodles in this dish. $12 for bowl $2 for egg noodles $5 for rare steak $19 for mediocre pho Now the $30 big bone soup. I have seen videos of this dish and that's what got me excited. The bones was meaty and bone marrow was so much that the guy was using a straw to get it. What I got was nothing like it. The bones barely had meat on it. It was mostly fat and the bone marrow was non existent. Flavor of the dish it self was bland and very disappointing. Now the service that we got or should I say the lack of service that was provided. After we got out food we got check on once right after it was dropped off then after that nothing. Our waters was empty and not one empty player was taken away. After trying to wave someone down for a refill we figured that it was no use to even try. I had to walk up to the counter to pay for our check. The lady that gave me the check just turned the POS around so I can pay. Once I payed not a thank you or anything. I had to rip the receipt from the printer because she walked away. So if you are thinking about coming here DONT make the drive to Spring mountain and get pho there. I won't even recommend a pho place because any place that you pick in Chinatown will be a lot better than this overpriced bland food.

If you are hungry, don’t go here. Be prepared to wait 40+ mins. The food is pricy too for just pho.

Service is horrible here. We had to wait 40+ mins for Pho, which should take a few minutes to prepare if everything is cooked properly. If you are hungry, I would not recommend to eat here. We ordered the bone marrow, but there is not enough meat to go with the noodles. The marrow is overcooked and dry. The broth is not hot enough to cook up the bean sprouts or the rare steak.

First and foremost most, the device here was amazing! The staff was super friendly and great at holding a conversation. The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side and my party luckily got in before the dinner rush because it got busy really quick. The restaurant itself has a more casual vibe. Last but certainly not least, the food was AMAZING. Everyone at my table had the chin pho and it was delicious. Would definitely dine here again.

We've been here twice. We repeated our meal. Big Bone Soup and the create your own pho with brisket and rare beef. First time around, the big bone soup was hot and delicious! The broth was tasty. Second go around today, broth was still tasty and hot but the bone was cold. Btw, the taste of the meat on the bone wasn't bad it was just cold! The other meal was the create you own Pho with brisket and rare beef. Again, broth was tasty but the brisket in both instances were really chewy. We will skip the brisket in the future. New twist to the second visit, I brought my husband along. He had the chicken and rice plate. Excellent! I'll be back again. Trying to see if they become consistent - either way.
