Who's the bright individual and management who thought of putting huge orders in bags without handles? He or she needs to be fired. How do you have huge orders without having handles on the bags and have to carry drinks. that totally doesn't make sense in the least! And I would like one of you managers to take one of those large orders and drinks to your car in back and see how d*** that is.
The food is good, my family and I have our favorites but I wish they'd tell you when you order what they're out of besides the bread choice. Nothing like ordering food to go and then finding out that there is no avocado in the turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwich. When this happened I called and was told "oh sorry, were out of avacados." This is just one example, it has happened many other times with other food choices.

First time at this Panera and found it great! I went for a mid-week breakfast meeting and found it to be a clean cafe/bakery with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food looked and smelled delicious - and my food tasted just as good. I had a cinnamon crunch bagel with walnut honey cream cheese and a coffee (free coffee refills for dine-in, btw). Delicious and satisfying.
