I love Papa John's food; however, I did not know that they could have such rude employees in their restaurant. Especially one in Henderson. African American female employee was rude. I was simply there to pick up for Grubhub at 3:06 PM today. No one was up front so I called out Hello so some one could hear me (because the music was blasting so loud). She came up front with attitude and asked "you here to pick up an order?" I said yes! And she said "8 minutes." So I asked her if they even started the order so I can let the customer know and Grubhub. She said rudely rolling her eyes "I said 8 minutes!" WOW - She needs retraining and they need to turn down that music so they can hear their customers. It was so loud you can hear it in the parking lot. Also, Grubhub customers are your customers too!
This place is the worst my first time coming here ordering it online the manager was rude and nasty and hung up in my face when they remade the pizza it was still cold and the garlic sauce is melted. It shouldn’t be melted. I don’t know what they did with the food or to it But it was nasty still I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau in sending them the pictures I’m reporting this store for Bad business I was treated unfairly by the manager, kept hanging up in my face wouldn’t let me explain the situation very rude, including the driver

I was disappointed the meats specialty pizza. The pizza lacked sauce and cheese, also there was some slices with little meat.This experience of a dried pizza was not what I was looking for. The pepperoni pizza also lacked sauce and cheese.

We ordered at 11:50pm when the store was not closed. Some moron there cancelled our order without any courtesy call to explain why. This is a poorly managed store. Avoid this location. There are much better options for pizza anywhere else anyway. For our order before this one we got an undercooked pizza that they were not mentally fit enough to even cut right for us. Your team there sucks.

For pizza that is so expensive, it's pretty shitty. This store is disgusting, dirty, nasty workers to sum it up along with the first two. Pizza tasted old ingredients not at all fresh let alone within expiration date range if u ask my guess. I got extremely sick after consumption. I wouldn't say food poisoning, more like employees not washing their hands. While waiting for my food I witnessed every single person on that line go from there phone touching bills coins to check people out and go right back to making pizza. DO NOT EAT HERE. THIS STORE MUST BE SHUT DOWN.
