I've been going here for few years since I moved in the area and love eating here. The food is fresh the staff is very welcoming,friendly and helpful in the hot pot process. Will come back for the tofu alone.
We live nearby and have always seen the bright sign that says Shabu Shabu, so we thought we'd give it a try.First the good things...the food is really fresh, and is of very high quality. When the food came out, you could tell how fresh the vegetables, meat and seafood is. At first glance, you might think that the portions should be larger, but with the all you can eat vegetables, salad and rice, the meal was more than sufficient. One of my favorite places to eat especially when you want authentic Japanese food. You must make reservations but once you're there you will be taken care of. The flavor of the Shabu Shabu is the best in Las Vegas.
