I walked out of the store and walked back in and they refused a refill. I was told the other day by a male employee that NO more than 5 mins in their store. Via their attitudes, appear ungrateful for customers. In the day of Starbucks, 2 dimes a dozen, they really can't afford to be overpriced and have bad attitudes. Watered down coffee is evidence of a restaurants poverty. Trying to save money instead of fixing your attentitude. They are no longer prestigious. I've no idea what this coffee shop specializes in, but it's not coffee. Bye.

I don't go to Starbucks anymore after going to this location. I had something foreign in my coffee. I don't know what it was but I threw away my coffee and argued with manager how perfect they were. So I decided never to go back after feeling like they were calling me poor in a nice way with.my 100k truck i.paid cash for and my 250k salary....

I ordered a dairy free latte from this location and got extremely sick. It took several days to get better. I know how my body responds when I have dairy and someone definitely put Dairy into my drink. They definitely don't take dairy-free options seriously at this location which could be extremely dangerous for some people. Honestly I'll probably never have Starbucks ever again. Starbucks has lost me as a customer forever. Avoid this particular location at all costs.

I ordered a Venti Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte and the person who made it, I was told her name was Eli, made it the best I've had so far. I've been to about 3 different stores, and some places would make it too sweet or not enough sweetness, but Eli made it perfectly! Thank you!

This Starbucks is garbage! I didn't even order. I turned around and left, but not before saying it was stupid. That was last September. I haven't been back.Starbucks seems to be trying to keep up with Dutch Bros or something. Starbucks originally became popular not because of its coffee but because it was a "third space" for people. The coffee shop music, comfy chairs, and cozy vibe all made Starbucks desirable. People stayed for hours because of the vibe.Now, Starbucks is implementing changes to make the atmosphere in its shops less comfortable so people will spend less time inside the shop. Everything from removing seating and extending the coffee bar and counter to the loud, upbeat music and hard loud chairs is part of a strategy. Instead of hanging out for hours, they want patrons to use the drive-thru or order something and leave.I used to visit this specific location because it had the comfy coffee shop vibe. They closed to "remodel" (remove the sitting area), and I stopped in to see the new shop when it reopened. It had a standard fast food counter for you to place your order and bar-height tables for you to stand and wait for your drink. If you wanted to "hang out" and sit to enjoy your drink and/or food, you had to go outside. That's a frickin' joke!

I ordered a Venti Matcha Latte the other day and the drink tasted like 90% milk and 10% matcha. I took the drink back and asked for it to be remade because it only tastes like milk, the guy at the front was so rude about it and tried to be sarcastic, I'm unsure of his name but its not Nick. He then remade my drink for me but when I got it back it was dark green.... there was so much matcha just sitting at the bottom of my cup it tasted like plain grass. I was extremely disappointed because this is the closest Starbucks location to me and I will not be returning.

I didn’t buy good or drink just “been there” cup series. I got a great deal on sale cups & a beautiful cup designed by deaf artist & illustrator Yiqiao Wang from Beijing.It was very clean & staff greeted me when I walked in. The cashier was super nice & friendly.

i ordered an iced peach green tea with light ice and extra peach juice but i got one with extra ice and light peach juice instead. it made me really sad :(
