I ordered a Venti Matcha Latte the other day and the drink tasted like 90% milk and 10% matcha. I took the drink back and asked for it to be remade because it only tastes like milk, the guy at the front was so rude about it and tried to be sarcastic, I'm unsure of his name but its not Nick. He then remade my drink for me but when I got it back it was dark green.... there was so much matcha just sitting at the bottom of my cup it tasted like plain grass. I didn’t buy good or drink just “been there” cup series. I got a great deal on sale cups & a beautiful cup designed by deaf artist & illustrator Yiqiao Wang from Beijing.It was very clean & staff greeted me when I walked in. The cashier was super nice & friendly.
