I have been to this subway multiple times but this most recent was my worst experience. As a former employee, I know that you are expected to be respectful to all customers and this was not my experience. I order the same sandwich every time and this is the only time i did not enjoy it. In the last 3 years of consistently getting sandwiches at this specific location, I’ve learned to only get sandwiches during night shift. They make them correctly. Day shift messes up every time. My order isn’t complicated and it’s the same thing every time. Thank you to the night crew for making good sandwiches. Day shift needs help.

I'm not sure who runs this store, but with 4 people working at two in the afternoon, they were out of bread, and the whole place looked like a tornado hit it. The only one looking like they were working was the girl on duty, and the boys looked more interested in talking to her than anything else. It's sad, and I hope you can get the place turned around before you lose too much business.
