You guys shouldn’t let the kid closing last night work alone. I feel bad for him because he is is obviously autistic and idk why you people would even expect him to be able to make sub sandwiches alone. That is obviously something he will forever be incapable of. Get your act together subway!

I'm not sure who runs this store, but with 4 people working at two in the afternoon, they were out of bread, and the whole place looked like a tornado hit it. The only one looking like they were working was the girl on duty, and the boys looked more interested in talking to her than anything else. It's sad, and I hope you can get the place turned around before you lose too much business.

I have been to this subway multiple times but this most recent was my worst experience. As a former employee, I know that you are expected to be respectful to all customers and this was not my experience. I order the same sandwich every time and this is the only time i did not enjoy it. I asked for salami and pepperoni with fresh mozzarella and was not asked if it was okay that the cheese was extra. after toasting i was asked multiple times, rudely, if i was done ordering. once i was done ordering for my sandwich i was not asked if i would like a drink, chips, or anything else. i was checked out and rushed out of the store although i had fairly loudly told my fiancé that i wanted a drink and a cookie. the kid at the counter was also yelling at other employees from the front. i am very disappointed.

In the last 3 years of consistently getting sandwiches at this specific location, I’ve learned to only get sandwiches during night shift. They make them correctly. Day shift messes up every time. My order isn’t complicated and it’s the same thing every time. Thank you to the night crew for making good sandwiches. Day shift needs help.

Nice remodel, clean, friendly staff, and a yummy sandwich. That's just what you want at Subway. #16 exactly as on the menu is delicious.

Came in today around 1pm to grab a quick sandwich on my way to work. Was greeted when I came in and then had to wait behind that customer who wants 3 footlong sandwiches. Pulling out her coupons, trying to figure out what she wants was brutal. As that disaster was unfolding, one of the workers started my order as they were helping the lady. The young girl employee was fast and got me around and ahead of three subs, cashed me out and I was on my way. I got the 6 inch turkey on wheat. Got to work and the sandwhich hit the spot. Was surprised on the overall 2 star score of the store. That certainly was not my experience. I live close and will be back again.

Wasted my money. Placed an order, order was delivered. Missing some items. Called them up to ask about it and they straight lied saying they put the missing item in the bag. I wouldn't call them if it wasn't missing. Not even mad about it missing, just be honest and own up to it. The guy went silent on the phone for 5 whole minutes too then went back on saying "what's going on? It just went silent!" Then hangs up. What an a s s h o l e

I have written twice to subway corporation and not one response. They use to be a good place for a good sandwich....but not any more....employees don't know anything except to make crappy sandwiches. I cannot recommend this store or any other as the problem is a corporate directive

Ordered two sandwiches for pickup. I went after 30 mins to pick them up saying that it was ready. Waited inside for 10 mins and not one employee asked if they could help me. Come to find out the restaurant canceled my order without my approval. Customer service is terrible and do not order for pickup as they will cancel your order.

I have tried to give this place multiple chances because it's right in the neighborhood....I just can't anymore it's absolutely TERRIBLE... From the service to the food...I just had the worst sandwich I can remember in years... Threw it away halfway through eating it and had a damn bowl of cereal.... Completely disgusted... I VOW TO NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

The closers on Tuesday, March 29 we’re very poor didn’t toast either sandwich one of which was a melt and did not tell me they were out of the chips I had ordered. As well as not putting bacon on my chick and bacon sandwich. On top of the fact that neither of them spoke to me a single time.
