I came in, and no one was working at the cash register. I sat there waiting for about 5 or 10 minutes waiting for the restroom key to not even be acknowledged.

Walked in, stood at counter with no acknowledgement for five minutes. Only when using the kiosk did I get acknowledged. No greeting? Is lack of friendliness and service the model now?

I believe this is my first time at Taco Bell since 2018 and I’m really impressed, the location is really nice and the cleanliness of the restroom is unlike any branch. I was able to see the kitchen which was tidy and clean. delicious and great PricesVegetarian options: Special page for vegetarianParking: PlentyKid-friendliness: Big timeWheelchair accessibility: Yes
The drive thru left out my 2 cheesy rolls and I called to let them know and the same lady who gave me my order answered and didn’t say anything I said hello? She said yes? I said am I calling Taco Bell? She said YES! Oh ok well I’m missing my order and I’m home and she said “ you can come back and get it” extremely rude. I said I would call corporate because you are very rude. She said call corporate and hung up. I called back and I said why did you hang up on me and she said old you to come back and I said can I have your name so I can call corporate and she hung up again. I would never go back again and I can’t believe someone can be so rude. She doesn’t need to work in customer service and she also claims to be the manager. That would be very disappointing if that were true.
