Is this location still open? I went here about 2 weeks ago and the soda machine was not working and they were out of the majority of popular sauces. I went yesterday and today and it's closed well before closing time.

Wow. Excuse my french but what a dive this place has become. Last time I was here maybe a month or two ago the soda machine wasn't working. I wasn't told until after I paid. The girl said I can give you extra fries. No big deal. This time I come in and the 2 young guys are just sitting down by the grills and once again the soda machine has only 4 of the 8 options working and the ice tea machine is completely out. My bad for not looking this time. I go to use the restroom, after I ordered and paid, and only one of the two are available. The other was out of order. Inside the one "available" it was disgusting. The toilet seat was broken, the water wasn't working, no paper towels and this was after I had already put soap in my hand. I wish I had went in the restroom first so I could have walked right back out. Think about a restroom that hasn't been cleaned in months and times that by 3. That was the very unpleasant smell inside the restroom. A lady who came in after me must have tried to order 3-4 things off the menu. Each time the guy behind the cash register kept saying "sorry, we're out of that". The food was also very disappointing. I really hope I don't get sick! Unbelievable! How is this place still in business?!

Some of the chicken was ordered with the bbq sauce on in and these were very good. Good flavor and tender. But, most of the chicken we got here was dry so we could add whatever sauce we chose. But these peices were tough and hard to chew. We liked the flavor just hope for more tender pieces next time along with more attentive order taker who didn't read back my order and got wrong. I wanted a 2two piece Meal not a #2 with five pieces. There is a big difference!

Definitely not part of the original chicken shack. Different recipe, fingers looked like nuggets, small and over cooked,. NO FLAVOR. Fries were plain. Soda machine was broken, definitely won't be going back. I'll stick with the one in Boulder City. I wish I would have taken pictures They won't be here long.

Extremely slow and unprofessional service. We’ve been going to the chicken shack on sunset for years and we decided to try the one off of Valle Verde. This is our second time there and both experiences are horrible. If you’re going to chicken shack go to the one off of Sunset or in Boulder city where they care about their customers.

If you dont have melted cheese sauce then take it off your menu. Poor customer service

I used to be a huge fan of this place. The last 3 times I've been here though the food and customer service has been absolutely horrible. The chicken is overcooked making it tough, and it tastes like burnt breading with no real flavor. The fries are soggy with literally no seasoning, so its just mushy half fried soggy potatoes. The chili was the best part but it had jalapeno when i asked for no jalapeno and no cheese when i asked for extra cheese. Maybe i'll give it a try again in the future but for now i would save your money and avoid eating here.
Always a good meal. I love to mix the hot buffalo sauce with honey mustard on the wings. It's a regular stop while I am in town.

You were literally the reason I decided to order food tonight instead of cooking. I had tons of leftovers. But I thought "some chicken shack would hit the spot." Not sure why I thought that. I've literally NEVER gotten a complete order from you. After several DoorDash and grub hub refunds, it's time... Look folks- I've worked in food service. Anyone who hasn't should for at least a year. It's thankless, sweaty, and challenging as hell. At the same time- I have to ask that you care a little more about the product you're putting out. My chicken was completely bare - no breading. It was dry and rubbery. Fries were soggy and gross and that big cluck was drenched and salty. No drink in the bag as ordered No utensils. No sauce I'm moving across town. My utensils are packed away. I found a spork under a drawer... covered in lint. Have you ever tried to eat gravy covered fries with a spork? It's like eating soup with chopsticks... No sauce. No drink. Literally no lubricant for my dried chicken. My $16 refund was great. But if I wanted $16, I would have just cooked. This isn't a one time occurrence. This is a pattern. Your chicken is fairly pricey compared to your competitors. But I reason it's of high quality. So I pay for it. Now our quality and attention to detail is gone. I fear this relationship may be over. Best of luck to you chicken shack. I tried to feed my dog a piece of your chicken. We're both currently choking and I'm grieving the loss of your company for the rest of my life. It's a sad Sunday.

Don't waste your money. Took an hour to get my food. They forgot one whole meal order. What we got was over cooked to the point of inedible, like they took leftover already cooked food and recooked it. Disgusting.

I love their food, but damn do not go here at night. They are all completely incompetent and the food is almost always sub par. I swear they're all morons after the sun goes down. Don't waste your time.

Extremely good service. Food was prepared very fast. Chicken and fries were great. Staff was outstandingly friendly. My only negative is that I chose the garlic butter sauce and it was a bit salty. Two thumbs up to these guys
