20 minutes to get a small mobile order. Had to go up and ask and it seems they had just forgotten about it. Everything had been ready, never bagged, never brought out. Then it took another 5 minutes for some reason just to bag everything. Both ketchup dispensers were completely empty. Not a good experience at all.
This has got to be the WORST Wendy's in Las Vegas! The scooter in the pictures belongs to an employee. It is blocking the only handicap entrance into the building. Twice I've seen those using the ramp have to struggle to get in. The first time was a woman with a walker. Her husband had to help her around. The worst customer service. We tried ordering several different drinks and they seemed to be out of everything. They forgot one of our burgers. They said I only paid for two so I paid for another. As we were waiting realized that we didn’t have any straws either. This Wendy’s is a joke.
