The worst customer service. We tried ordering several different drinks and they seemed to be out of everything. They forgot one of our burgers. They said I only paid for two so I paid for another. As we were waiting realized that we didn’t have any straws either. This Wendy’s is a joke.

20 minutes to get a small mobile order. Had to go up and ask and it seems they had just forgotten about it. Everything had been ready, never bagged, never brought out. Then it took another 5 minutes for some reason just to bag everything. Both ketchup dispensers were completely empty. Not a good experience at all.

Fun Times

This has got to be the WORST Wendy's in Las Vegas! The scooter in the pictures belongs to an employee. It is blocking the only handicap entrance into the building. Twice I've seen those using the ramp have to struggle to get in. The first time was a woman with a walker. Her husband had to help her around. The manager (another piece of work) was asked to have it moved, and she walked away from the couple. The second time was a wheelchair. The wife asked for it to be moved so they could get in, and again, the manager walked away. That couple left, unable to get inside the store. The gum chewing manager and her crew leave people standing in the lobby, sometimes up to a half hour, because "the drive-through is busy." If you can avoid this place, by all means, do so!

We hit this Wendy's at a bad time.. too busy filling Doordash and drive through orders to pay attention to people wanting to dine in. They explained they were short staffed. Took 25 minutes to place our order and another 25 to get it correct.Food when we got it was good.Bathrooms need help.

Went thru the drive thru, there was no other cars and the cashier asked us to wait to order. Ordered large fries and a strawberry lemonade and they shamelessly gave me barely any fries. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location, family members and friends have had similar experiences.

After standing at the register for 10 mins, someone finally asked if I wanted to order. I asked for a large Frosty and waited another 5 mins before they came back and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting another 10 minutes due to the lack of being able to fill my order until the machine was capable. They wanted more money for less service, so I declined and left. This is what it's come to employees, and companies demand more and give less and dont care.

On their web site they list a veggie burger. In the store the woman at the register didn't seem to even know what a veggie burger was. Very poor service.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Their ice machine wasn’t working at the self serve, but if you went up and ask for it at the counter, you got the eye roll from the counter help. No to slow service.

I was served a raw in the middle triple Dave just now, and the manager on duty had a very nasty attitude and refused to give me my money back. She swore she didn't have the functions to do a refund. Maybe that is true if she is just a shift lead, but she is just a nasty person who didn't care aboutbny concern. She would have been fired on the spot anywhere else. My kids better not get sick, I will sue! Don't eat at this location!

Ordered my lunch. They ran my card. No food. they told me to park and wait from the drive through. I finally gave up. Inside the restaurant was full of angry people. This location is really messed up.
