“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.”

“Guy Savoy is a must stop on every trip to Vegas that we make. The staff is incredible. The food is out of this world. We were lucky enough to be able to sample the white truffle risotto, which is only available 45 days out of the year. Without a doubt it was in the top three dishes I've ever had in my life. The restaurant recently won the Top award for their wine program and their Sommelier Andrew is an absolute gem. ”

I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P”

Ribeye was cooked perfect and the French onion soup was the best I’ve had. The garlic mash had huge chunks of bacon. Amazing. Monica was our server helped by Jomo and they were an awesome team. “My wife and I walked into the restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the decor is. Quite different from other units. Our waiter was ADRIAN. From beginning to end, he provided excellent service. My wife ordered the Cobb salad and I ordered a skillet breakfast. Both were perfectly presented and delicious. I went to the men's bathroom and I found it spanking clean. So I went to talk to the Manager to congratulate him for the excellent job he is doing with the entire restaurant. By the way, the Apple Cobbler is OMG delicious!”

I got the Birria Tacos and he got 2 of the hotdogs, as well as the garlic fries eith sauce and they were all so delicious. Just be super careful with the Birria because it was extremely hot which made it a bit difficult to eat and took forever to cool off because the sauce was in a foam container. The fries were soo good, better than any other place.. and the dip was yummy too! Price was, they had great prices and the guy atthe counter gave us great customer service and answered our questions. The food came up pretty fast too. 10/10 highly recommend 👍”

We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. These were wonderfully seasoned, bright and flavorful, crispy and crunchy. Just the perfect accompaniment to the Snapper.”

“As a beer dork, CraftHaus is one of my favorite local craft breweries. The Arts District downtown location is always a good spot to visit on a bar crawl. This years Marzen and wet-hopped IPA (HausFest and Stratacaster), as well as the Czech style Pilsner (Czech Pls) served off of a Lukr faucet are all must tries. Shout-out to the great bartenders there, Amanda, Daniel, Angela, and Hugh!”

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. STK at The Cosmopolitan is more than a meal—it’s a full-sensory experience that blends upscale dining with vibrant energy. If you're in Vegas, this is a must. 5 stars. “Service was impeccable. We both chose a red snapper for dinner. The fish was so fresh and beautiful! Bright clear eyes, almost felt like it was just pulled out of the water. We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. These were wonderfully seasoned, bright and flavorful, crispy and crunchy. Just the perfect accompaniment to the Snapper.”

“Food was great! We loved the balloon bread, it was just enough for an appetizer, but not filling enough to ruin your meal. This would be an amazing view of the Bellagio fountain without the F1 stands in front (obviously not the restaurants fault). Online reservation was a great way to go.”

“On Valentine's Day at The Bedford, we had a 4:30 reservation. Upon arrival we were greeted by two very pretty young ladies however, did not smile once. Obviously not friendly. Although many open tables, we were not seated until 4:55pm. The servers (ours was Edgar) were pleasant and "fairly" attentive, as we had to ask for water refills after being dry a long time. Finally, they ask if we would like another cocktail AFTER we finished meal and glasses had been empty for maybe 45minutes. The menu items were pricey. The following is the list of what we ordered and the issues with each item and the price: 1) Bread basket, cold breads, stale crackers and hard butter. Server brought out new crackers, but they were still soggy. $25 - yes they actually charged for bread 2) Oysters Rockefeller, cold and extremely salty $25 3) Ricotta stuffed small, small, zucchini blossoms, approx only 1/2tsp of filling and the fried blossoms were extremely greasy. $25 4) Cioppino, although tasty was served cold, not hot. The haddock was cooked well but a very small portion (maybe 3oz at most), 3 shrimp, 4 clams, mussels MIA $65 TWO cocktails! Only TWO cocktails since they did not ask until after the meal. Total price was $220. Additionally, we sat by the open kitchen and observed apps, entrees, sides sit and sit and sit for up to 1/2 hour. The roasted chicken ($110!) sat forever under the heat lamps and I'm sure had dried out. At one point (although we didn't order the $35-5 piece jumbo shrimp cocktail, several orders sat under the heat lamp until we watched the lettuce actually wilt. Believe me...take it from shrimp lovers...they weren't jumbo and definitely were not appealing. On a positive note, the Restaurant is beautiful. The service pieces however, are less than ordinary. Nothing is monogrammed, all are definitely not memorable. At least everywhere we dine has something we can purchase as a keepsake. We even thought they might give out a rose on Valentine's Day to each lady...no such luck. Not at the Martha Stewart level I've known and followed for decades. As a result, I would NOT recommend as a local Las Vegan...”

“Visiting Vegas for work and wanted to leave the strip- this place was exactly what our group was looking for! The drinks were amazing (we all got Dealers Choice and somehow they were exactly what we wanted!), the service was excellent and I just felt cooler for being there. Next time I’m in Vegas I will definitely be going back.”

“It's a newer restaurant and I think they have a few bugs to work out. Overall, the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. Unique ingredients and flavor pairings. However, the crab cake had a BBQ-like flavor, which I thought was overpowering for the dish. The croissant-like bread was super delicious. Very buttery with a hint of garlic and salt. We were seated at a tiny table - too small for all the dishes we ordered. Music was too loud for dining. They have a business casual dress code but many patrons were wearing shorts, t-shirts and ball caps. It's a pricey restaurant for special occasions only, unless you have more money than sense. Beware the Yukon Potatoes with truffle. The tiny bit of truffle cost an extra $35! Dinner for 2 with 1 cocktail, dessert and 20% tip: $415. We'll probably go back again in the future.”

“A must! I come to Vegas often for business and travel the country for work, I consider myself a connoisseur of fine steaks. I just had the pleasure of trying the 8oz filet mignon and easily in my top 5 favorite steaks maybe even top 3. The temperature i requested (medium rare) was cooked to perfection. The seasoning provided a perfect steak flavor seared to a beautiful crust that needed no help from additional sauces. The fact that I was able to get a last minute reservation to Mae Daly's is mind blowing. Easily the best steak I've had in Vegas regardless of cost and Mae's prices are perfect if not under what I would think from this quality as I've had steaks at 3 times the cost that dont match up.

As if the flavor wasn't enough, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere was perfect for a little getaway off the busy strip. The customer service was also on point. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by Mae's staff assisting with the car door and guiding us into the establishment. We'll done Mae's Daly! I hope great things for this restaurant and cant wait to bring my whole crew here next year for our annual Vegas business dinner.”

However take caution when ordering delivery - we ordered grandma Tony’s + jalapeños added and were sent a plain pepperoni pizza with jalapeños lol. It’s nothing without the ricotta, basil, and hot honey. (This is the 2nd time it’s happened) I recommend just going in and getting a slice”
