“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.”

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P”

She checked in on us, and the food was so good, fresh and I had the French toast and the butter was sizzling when it came out. “It was really worth the waiting. We were in line for less than 2 hours, not bad. We tried the Guff oysters, house jambalaya, salad, and pan roast combo. The oysters were huge though with less flavor. The jambalaya was stuffed with seafoods. Pan roast is a must-try. We really love the dense flavor of the tomato soup with cream.”

“We went to the charcoal room to celebrate a recent promotion of my son. The food was excellent as always. We had steaks calamari, chopped salad, broccoli, potatoes, and all the fixings. The level of service was just right. They showed up when you needed something. Otherwise they pretty much left you alone which is exactly why we go there.”

“My wife and I walked into the restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the decor is. Quite different from other units. Our waiter was ADRIAN. From beginning to end, he provided excellent service. My wife ordered the Cobb salad and I ordered a skillet breakfast. Both were perfectly presented and delicious. I went to the men's bathroom and I found it spanking clean. So I went to talk to the Manager to congratulate him for the excellent job he is doing with the entire restaurant. By the way, the Apple Cobbler is OMG delicious!”

I got the Birria Tacos and he got 2 of the hotdogs, as well as the garlic fries eith sauce and they were all so delicious. Just be super careful with the Birria because it was extremely hot which made it a bit difficult to eat and took forever to cool off because the sauce was in a foam container. The fries were soo good, better than any other place.. and the dip was yummy too! Price was, they had great prices and the guy atthe counter gave us great customer service and answered our questions. The food came up pretty fast too. 10/10 highly recommend 👍”

I currently live in an area where vegan food is sparse, so when I come back here to visit family, I tap into my never ending list of places I want to check out when I’m back in town! This vegan deli IMMEDIATELY caught my eye because a traditional deli sandwich was something I missed when I went vegan. Let me tell you, this place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. I got the Italian cold cut and my dad wanted the Mediterranean veggie - both with chips and unsweetened iced tea. YUM YUM YUM. 👏This place made my vegan deli dreams a reality and literally everything was delicious! The unsweetened iced tea was perfect, crinkly crunchy potato chips, and a “sweet surprise” of a lemon poppy seed cookie that was so soft. I cannot wait to come back here!!”

The crab cake appetizer is yummy lump crab with little to no ‘filler' and the remoulade is something I have tried to duplicate (unsuccessfully) in my own kitchen! The crab bisque is decadent and a MUST... we typically share the seafood salad with the Louie dressing on the side...to top it off, peppermint ice cream with chocolate sauce... just a lovely experience! I do wish they offered better wines by the glass under $25. Note, the shrimp de jonghe, the filet, potatoes lyonnaise alll wonderful! We have never had a bad meal or experience here!”

They made us feel special and the food and drinks were exceptional. Malia was our waitress. She was friendly and attentive. Johvanny, Taylor and Brandon were also equally wonderful. The team was rolling out their new menu that night and I have to say the French Chicken Dijon was so tasty and my boyfriend had the Porterhouse. Everything we had was delicious! From the bacon tomato jam, the Bone Marrow, the Garlic Mashed Potatoes to any steak you’re planning on ordering, it’s all amazing! The Viking Punch served in a horn was so much fun! We ended the night with a sinful Lava Cake that was set aflame and utterly irresistible even though we were so stuffed and ready for bed. We will be coming back for sure the next time we are in Vegas!”

Fortunately the remainder of the food was also excellent. We had grilled fish and duck and the famous lobster pot pie. All were absolutely top notch. The dessert selection was wonderful too. It's nice to go somewhere with unique options and not just variations of the same desserts everyone has. Service was perfect. Drinks were great. The room was beautiful and comfortable. “So we found this joint just by chance, so we drove out from Aliente for a Veterans Day Lunch for a carnivorous retired U.S. Marine.
We came in and were greated as we walked through the door, we got our Menus took a seat and had the only downfall i could find and that was figuring out what to order. So we started with the Drunkin Curds that come out in this little bathtub type dish, and sauces (pic ls posted below. We then ordered 2 War Pig taco wholly piggy is it delicious, then we got a green chilie chicken taco, my daughter got the Lil Bird which is a delicious buttermilk hand breaded chicken tenders, with fries, I ordered a Mushroom Steak and Swiss (i had them change out the meat for a Garlic Sirloin steak which i highly reccomend.),The owner Sunny well I think she's the owner was on top of all the tables, and checking in with all of the guest.

So if you're looking for an amazing locally owned and operated restaurant where the Quality of the ingredients matter and Guest Service/Satisfaction are done at the highest level then get in here and support them please this place is a hidden treasure and we need more places like this in Vegas that's off strip and just delivers at the highest level.”

“Quality is very good, the flavors are some of the best I’ve had in the valley. My go to is seafood thin noodle ramen and recently tried the spicy butter miso udon with chicken, very delicious. I strongly recommend this ramen restaurant. The dine in experience I had was very nice, the staff is kind and attentive and they offer deals and sales. The takeout is prepared in a way the food doesn’t touch the broth and it keeps it very fresh and delicious.”

“As a beer dork, CraftHaus is one of my favorite local craft breweries. The Arts District downtown location is always a good spot to visit on a bar crawl. This years Marzen and wet-hopped IPA (HausFest and Stratacaster), as well as the Czech style Pilsner (Czech Pls) served off of a Lukr faucet are all must tries. Shout-out to the great bartenders there, Amanda, Daniel, Angela, and Hugh!”

“Service was impeccable. We both chose a red snapper for dinner. The fish was so fresh and beautiful! Bright clear eyes, almost felt like it was just pulled out of the water. We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. “Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. First thing we did have reservations but I did she multiple people coming in and being seated even though it was quite busy. Second the waiter was very attentive and polite. Now for the food. The portions are large. We ordered the shrimp and grits. One of the best I've ever eaten. Very flavorful, creamy and large shrimp. We also ordered the veggie omelette which came with potatoes and English muffin. Potato delicious and a side of sausage. It came with 3 pretty good size links. Overall I'd give this place a strong 9. “It's a newer restaurant and I think they have a few bugs to work out. Overall, the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. Unique ingredients and flavor pairings. However, the crab cake had a BBQ-like flavor, which I thought was overpowering for the dish. The croissant-like bread was super delicious. Very buttery with a hint of garlic and salt. We were seated at a tiny table - too small for all the dishes we ordered. Music was too loud for dining. They have a business casual dress code but many patrons were wearing shorts, t-shirts and ball caps. It's a pricey restaurant for special occasions only, unless you have more money than sense. Beware the Yukon Potatoes with truffle. The tiny bit of truffle cost an extra $35! Dinner for 2 with 1 cocktail, dessert and 20% tip: $415. We'll probably go back again in the future.”

“Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. There's free valet parking if you're driving. Service is professional and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The food was outstanding. Steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Be sure to order the souffle for dessert. Great selection of wines and whiskeys to go with your dinner and French press coffee (a personal favorite) to go with dessert. As a local I can say there are lots of great restaurants in Las Vegas, but Mae Daly's is special. We'll definitely be returning.”

“One of the best vegan restaurants near The Strip in Las Vegas! Locally owned with the owner working there each night and even serving you herself lately. The food and vibe are both elevated and upscale feeling but with a healthy enlightened down to earth sensibility. The menu is small and focused but still has enough great entree and appetizer options for everyone. The entire menu is 100% vegan (and vegetarian) which is great since both my girlfriend and I are fully vegan. I got the rigatoni penne pesto pasta which was delicious and something I could come back for again and again. My girlfriend got the 4 tacos which she liked but she liked my pasta flavors more. The tacos can be a little messy to eat since you eat them with your hands. The owner was super sweet and friendly. And the bill was actually cheaper than most casual vegan eateries we go to in town. So definitely come and try it so you can support another local 100% vegan spot!”

“We were on our way to Bojangles chicken when we saw the big Red Chicken for the newly opened Houston TX Hot Chicken. my husband asked if we should try it, I said why not try something new, we got inside and when looking at the menu I was a little put off at the price for three tender meal. but we both ordered it, I really like how I can customize each tender to be a different flavor or all one flavor, but still the price was an issue for me. The customer service was great, we got our drinks and our food was brought to us, when I saw the size of the tenders I realized why they were the price they were, these things are big, not Bojangles, Zaxby's, or Raising Cane's size these are double if not triple the size and they were all white meat, not that off white, beige color some of the other places have. I could only eat one and brought the other two home, the fries were hot a crispy crinkle cut fries with a seasoning on them just perfect. HHC will be our new Go to for Chicken. My only issue was the meals do not come with a drink. other than that everything else was on point.”

“I've been pleasantly surprised by how much Amaya has refined its vision. We've been back now a few times this month, and noticed that the staff and bartenders are now extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and each dish tastes expertly prepared. The attention to detail and improved service have really elevated the experience and it truly feels like the management cares, which didn't seem to be the case in the beginning.

The chips & salsa are to die for! Plus, the portion is *chef's kiss*. If you visit, I highly recommend trying a few of these must-try dishes:
