“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“We had so much fun! It took a while to be seated, and, if we had known, we would have ordered drinks while we waited. However, once things got going, the food and drinks were great! The atmosphere was right out of the seventies! A crazy trip back in time!“

“I traveled solo to Las Vegas this week and had this restaurant on my foodie bucket list. I sat at the bar because that’s where individual people can sit in the restaurant. There were plenty of seats, and everyone, especially the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food, of course was phenomenal.“

Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

“How do I give Kathia (server) 10 stars???? Can’t express enough how refreshing it was to dine here. The food, service, and vibe was seriously top notch. The portions were huge and everything had So. Much. Flavor. Definitely will be back. And will most certainly ask for Kathia’s section!“

“Located at the base of the tower suite elevators in the Wynn hotel, we ate here for breakfast all 3 mornings of our stay. Reservations book up pretty far out and unless you are an early bird I would recommend booking in advance. We made mid morning reservations but ended up waking up pretty early and going down for breakfast around 7:45 both mornings. The restaurant was pretty quiet at that time so they were able to seat us early.

Service both morning was friendly and efficient with our food and coffee orders coming out pretty swiftly. We thoroughly enjoyed the yogurt granola parfait, açaí bowl and avocado toast, and they made me a perfect nonfat dry cappuccino.

On our last morning we didn’t have time to dine in so I went down at 7am when they opened and was able to place a to go order. I was skeptical about Tableau based on the super mixed reviews online but we really enjoyed it and I would fully recommend it to friends.“

“Service was excellent.....food was good but we were 6 adults, 4 locals and 2 from out of town. We were looking forward to visiting and catching up with our friends but the restaurant then placed a family with 3 children and a baby right by us and we couldn't even hear each other...kids were screaming and yelling...the restaurant could have sat us or them in another area...at that time there was room to do it.....we couldn't even hear ourselves talk so it was very disappointing for the price we paid for breakfast was ridiculous....$65. Included tip for a small burrito and a vegetable omelet and coffee.....we were disappointed“

“Peyton & Jose were 2 of our very friendly and patient servers. The Salmon was cooked to perfection for me! Silverware was so spotless & heavy that I might have accidentally dropped it on the floor. The surprise bill had us worked over thrice, though & could make a prince misplace his charm. Now, if the online menu is still slightly different from in person... IDK, but I will say that you will be treated like ROYALTY & eat like it as well. 9 days after opening Emmitt's getting a 9.5/10“

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. We went late and we didn't know they were going to be closing within 30 mums if our time if arrival but they staff sat us down and we ordered our food. “The Diner is reasonably priced and the food is better than any other Black Bear diner I've been to. The service was great and I had the honor of being waited on by both Marisol and Lindsey. I ended up with Lidsey numerous time during my stay and they provided excellent service and delivered refills and the next course promptly. Lindsay conveyed friendliness with a high degree of professionalism that made you feel comfortable and not rushed.“

“We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. Food was delicious; we had scallops with risotto. Friends had steak and said that was really tender. Service was top notch from the host to wait staff. Loved the ambiance as well with low lighting and darker wood decor. Highly recommend!“

“My husband and I had dinner at Ramsay's as part of our anniversary trip to Vegas. We are fans of Gordon Ramsay, so wanted to add one of his locations to our itinerary. We both ordered the 3-course menu, which turned out to be a very nice sized meal. We each got a cocktail as well which were well made and delicious. I myself had the caesar salad, mini wellington, and sticky coffee pudding. Every bite was a true delight. Ramsay's Kitchen met every single one of my expectations and hopes. We had initially been a little nervous when we showed up and the dining room was virtually empty. But it steadily filled around us after we were seated and began our meal.

The lighting was cozy and set a relaxed mood. The brown/copper color palette made a sophisticated atmosphere. The serving staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable.“

“Well, my wife and I finally got a chance to stop in and try this place out. I see what all the fuss was about. The place is nice and the food wasn't bad. We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning and by the time we left the place had a long line of people waiting. We ordered French toast and they were different, but good. Not the kind of French Toast I am used to. My wife had her plate with Portuguese sausage and I had the corn beef hash and they were both very good. We ordered the Chili with cornbread to go and we were not disappointed. Although, I will say, the slices of cornbread to go versus what we had in the restaurant were completely different. To go was much better. We can't wait to try dinner next time.“
