They understood the assignment. Heavy pickles is my standard order and almost never are there more than 2 pickles. This location, never fails to get my pickles stuffed on there. I've never had issues with wait time, the staff are friendly and the bathroom is clean. What more can you ask for?

Don’t order fish sandwiches from them. I had fish sandwiches in BK CA and they were very good! Honestly look at the pictures, it’s rubbery - both the bun and the fried fish… it’s not fish, it’s just a thick layer of batter. Very disappointed.

My favorite thing is ordering food and once it’s delivered, it’s a burger that is hard and dehydrated. Then when trying to reach out they ignore the calls. I genuinely wonder how hard it is to not serve a burger that is atleast fresh within the last hour. Instead I was delivered a burger that was cooked back in 1998.

My son and 4 of his friends were asked to leave the West Warm Springs location as they were not 18 and can only dine in if 18 or older. I called and the agent that answered said it was a new rule due to something that happened a few weeks ago. We did not see any signs posted. Just an FYI for anyone who has high school students as my son is 17.

Ordered from here tonight through Uber eats delivery like I have multiple times. Not only did the restaurant ridiculously over sticker the bag closed, the buns were burned, but the biggest issue is I said no pickles due to an allergy, but they still put pickles on the whoppers, which had to go straight into the trash. Of course I reported it to Uber eats but a $5 credit from Uber eats doesn't cover the two whoppers that had to be thrown away. Normally I don't leave reviews but feel like I had to tonight.

Tamaya (or however you spell her name) was so awful. I tried educating her on customer service etiquette because we waited in the drive-thru for over 40 mins our food, and she not once apologized for the wait, nor even acknowledged the incredible wait. 3 cars left while waiting. That's how bad it was. On top of that, she gave me so much attitude ? I actually thought that was funny because I wish I could've gotten away with that back in the day when I was a cashier, but only to customers that deserved it!

If you enjoy extensive wait times, cold food, and watching teenagers play around in the kitchen. This is the place for you. The place will be fully staffed with 2 cars in the drive through and you'll be waiting 30-45 minutes. But fear not the comedians that work there are getting paid to make eachother laugh not to cook.

This has got to be the worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I'm being completely serious. The kid at the drive thru has zero customer service training. Took 10 minutes to get our food and the order was wrong. I walked in with the food and receipt to get what was missing from my order. The young lady who was chit chatting with the drive thru person who also was using profanity that we could hear loud and clear. Took my receipt, went to the monitor, grabbed the food put it in a bag and handed it to me. Didn't even acknowledge the mistake, didn't say a word to me. Not one word. I will never return to Burger King. I was in disbelief. Something needs to be done about this or Burger King reputation will suffer, very sad.
