Tamaya (or however you spell her name) was so awful. I tried educating her on customer service etiquette because we waited in the drive-thru for over 40 mins our food, and she not once apologized for the wait, nor even acknowledged the incredible wait. 3 cars left while waiting. If you enjoy extensive wait times, cold food, and watching teenagers play around in the kitchen. This is the place for you. The place will be fully staffed with 2 cars in the drive through and you'll be waiting 30-45 minutes. But fear not the comedians that work there are getting paid to make eachother laugh not to cook.
This has got to be the worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I'm being completely serious. The kid at the drive thru has zero customer service training. Took 10 minutes to get our food and the order was wrong. I walked in with the food and receipt to get what was missing from my order.
