Such a clean Burger King! Credit where credit is due ! We just moved to the neighborhood and have come here a couple of times- each and every time, the fries are fresh, warm and crispy! The service is amazing! So damn welcoming and kind ? the gentleman that takes our order is so engaging every time. The drive thru experience is no different! I hope corporate reads this and thanks these folks. I had retired my faith in Burger King until i came to this location. Tbh
I ordered a biscuit sandwich and they gave me a croissant sandwich. I then went in the store to swap it for the correct item and I'm told there are no biscuits. So instead of telling me there are no biscuits and me choosing another sandwich you just assumed I wanted a croissant. That makes sense.

As I am a restaurant manager myself, I am very disappointed In the Service I received this evening. It is March 29, 2024 at 10:00 PM. The African-American gentleman working the drive-through messed up my order and I had to drive all the way back for it. The least he could do was offer a milkshake or something and when I asked for a milkshake, he told me I could purchase it, so to me, he has no customer service skills at all.
