It's very easy, but you're unable to customize. E.g. I don't like fish, so I wanted the fish on the side and not in my pot. Food: Miso Hot Soup 4 Pieces of Shrimp Tempura 4 Pieces of Fried Chicken I could've done without the appetizers. I did order the pork chop, but they were out, so I opted for the wings. The soup was delicious. As time went by, the soup got better. Great portion of meat and vegetables, but I do wish there were more mushrooms. My favorite sauce was the garlic. Overall, yummy hotpot choices and good service. Imma try a different pot on my next visit.“

“This was my first visit. It's very much like your classic meat-based fast food burger joint only there are no animal products involved! It was clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up going with their Iconic Burger with a chick'n patty because I'm not personally into beef-style burgers or black bean burgers (they have both those options but the black bean patty is called a Hippy patty). It was absolutely delicious! Super messy but oh so good with the grilled onions and secret sauce. I'd challenge any meat eater to not like at least something here. My very picky vegetarian daughter really enjoyed her burger too (same as mine) as well as the root beer float. Why don't they have these everywhere?!“

Every other fast food joint like McDonald's, Del Taco, Jack in The Box, etc. Have their bad days where the fries are cold or they forgot your sauce or got your order wrong. I've been going to Cain's for years and I have NEVER gotten a half baked order, much less an incorrect or unsatisfactory one. Some may say "Well if I want chicken, I'll just go to KFC or Popeyes!" And to that I say, KFC has notoriously mid, forgettable chicken with sides that resemble school lunch food(ZERO seasoning). Popeyes actually is good, but you can expect to be reduced to a skeleton with cobwebs before you get their food. Combine that with the high price and notoriously rude staff/ terrible customer service, and I'd stay away. The pollo campero team was very helpful Ana and the store manager and another manager who I believe was the Branch manager helped me change my tire at the parking lot!
