I would give a million stars if I could. My daughter's birthday party was today and I accidentally scheduled the catering for the wrong date, totally my fault. They said it would be about 30-40 mins but would get it all together for us anyways. So very thankful for the kind people working there. We would be in such a bind if they didn't help us out!
For the first 5-10 years after this location open, it was the best. We would go other place while traveling and none were as our closest location in centennial Hills. But over the last few years it has really gone down in service and quality of food. We keep hoping it gets better but it's not happening. We used to love Cafe Rio but are really turned off now. Sad. Hope management can make some improvements.

We arrived 9:20 ( they close at 10) we both ordered steak . Instead of telling us, they are out of steak like has happened multiple times prior Peggy cooked fresh steak for our meals. We gladly waited. Michael prepared the rest of our meals and was friendly and helpful. Peggy and Michael went above and beyond !!!!
