Been to this location twice so far. It's clean and the service is fast when we've gone. They were passing out samples of their new chicken with orders, so that was nice. I always get the Chipotle salad. It's one of my favorite salads at any restaurant I've been to. The toppings portion sizes are INCREDIBLY small, which is my only complaint. It's like that at all CZ's, but I just try not to watch them spoon the toppings on so I don't get sad and wish I could have 4 scoops of red...read full review
The customer service at this zupas is AMAZING!!!! There is one employee named adeline and she is so nice and has great customer service. She abides by buisness policy by not accepting cash tips. The only thing i dislike is that they dont accept cash tips. PLEASE CHANGE THAT!!!!! This place will do everything they can to get your order right.

Today was a great day to be a Vegetarian I went to Cafe Zupas for the first time, it was busy. However the staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Salad minus the chicken with the Cilantro Glaze talking delicious with mixed greens, black beans, grape tomato's, cheese, roasted corn and other yummy vegeggies.
