Although Capriotti's consistently makes some of the best sandwiches, I wouldn't recommend this location. I waited almost 40 minutes and I don't think my order was taken care of until I inquired about it. The rest of the customers didn't seem to mind, even though some of their orders were screwed up and all had to wait long so maybe I was just in a grumpy mood. But I still wouldn't go back to this location.

My favorite shop for subs. Too many awesome subs to name them all. I rotate through several on visits and have never been disappointed. Service is good.

Seriously lacking flavor & toppings, and barely filled sandwiches. Waste of money.

used to eat capriottis all the time. i switched over to Jersey Mikes a couple years ago. and today i was reminded why. capriottis bread is soo dry and way too thick. the bobby sandwich had next to zero mayo, the turkey is dry as hell. same with the cole turkey, zero sauce, dry turkey. do yourself a favor and just go get a good sandwich from somewhere else. although the people at this location were nice! its not enough. will never eat Capps again

Not terrible subs, just bland. I understand that the bobbie (?) is unique to this place and what drives people here, but if you are getting anything else, I would definitely go to Jersey Mike's instead; the bread, ingredients, and taste are a lot better there. I had the Italian and there was just no taste to it, and not worth the price at all.

The food here is pretty consistent. Nothing ever changes so you're guaranteed to get a fresh great tasting sandwich. There's always a line, but it goes quickly.

I have drug my feet getting Capriotti's again, because so many of the chains keep their lettuce wet. This Capriotti's understood that I wanted no water on my lettuce and actually understood what I was talking about and every time the crew I work with is in that area, I will be ordering a large catering platter plus extra size from this Capriotti's because they understand pushy bread is disgusting. Thank you for understanding my concern, thank you for humoring me when I was making crazy requests of "no wet lettuce" your management, and everyone was so sweet to me. Thank you for being awesome. We will be back.

I'm retracting my previous review, I stayed away from this place for a long time due to three consecutive orders that were of poor quality because of lack of toppings . Anyway it seems they got a new crew in there and they're doing it right again. Edit : Maria and Victoria helped me, please keep them.

Terrible service. No customers were in the place and my sandwich was supposed to be done 20 minutes ago. Told me it was going to be another 5 because they haven't started it yet. Absolutely ridiculous.
