Not terrible subs, just bland. I understand that the bobbie (?) is unique to this place and what drives people here, but if you are getting anything else, I would definitely go to Jersey Mike's instead; the bread, ingredients, and taste are a lot better there. I had the Italian and there was just no taste to it, and not worth the price at all.
I have drug my feet getting Capriotti's again, because so many of the chains keep their lettuce wet. This Capriotti's understood that I wanted no water on my lettuce and actually understood what I was talking about and every time the crew I work with is in that area, I will be ordering a large catering platter plus extra size from this Capriotti's because they understand pushy bread is disgusting. Although Capriotti's consistently makes some of the best sandwiches, I wouldn't recommend this location. I waited almost 40 minutes and I don't think my order was taken care of until I inquired about it. The rest of the customers didn't seem to mind, even though some of their orders were screwed up and all had to wait long so maybe I was just in a grumpy mood. But I still wouldn't go back to this location.
