Food and drinks absolutely amazing!!!! You can definitely tell that love, sweat and tears are put into every plate. Hands down the best around in the area. Service was top notch. We felt like we were in a true cocina de tia or abuela. We felt like family and we ate like family.

Decided to try Carolina's tonight after I've been following them on social media for a bit. It's Saturday night in Vegas and we weren't sure if we were going to even be able to eat here. We apparently came at the right time as a couple was getting up from their table. This place is very cute inside but also very small, however, they make good use of the space they do have. The food is super fresh and takes some time to come out but it's worth it! My husband and I are pretty chill people when we go out places so the wait was no biggie (and expected) and we ordered chips and salsa and Mexican cokes which came out right away. Carolina stopped by our table to check on us when we were almost done and then her husband stopped by to chat before we left. Super nice people and the food is really good. We are glad we were able to make it in tonight and to be able to order the birria as it sold out shortly after we got our order in. They ended up closing about 30 minutes early because they had run out of most of the food at that point. We definitely lucked out. We will definitely be back in the future.

I have dined in hundreds of restaurants. THIS WAS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Strange, bizarre experience. Too weird to go into all of the details....and I'm not even talking about the food. But, speaking of the food, this place offers authentic Mexican food. It may be authentic, but it is uninteresting and grossly overpriced. Follow-up: Perfect response! Arrogant and condescending, just like you treated me and my friend. I said the FOOD was uninteresting. You say I knew the prices in advance. Yes, but I hadn't eaten the food yet. Good food would have been worth the ridiculous prices you charge. Boring, uninteresting, tasteless food is not worth what you charge. You can make everything from scratch and take hours to make it, but that doesn't guarantee it tastes good. I made faces at you? My world travels? What are you talking about? You clearly have me confused with someone else. And please drop the "judgemental of someone's culture" crap. I'm Hispanic....just like you.

Wow, just wow. Best Mexican food in Vegas by far. Everything we had was on point. Big portions and good. Will have to travel from St. George just to eat here. Carolina was the best also. Great service from a great lady.

My friend and I stopped by for lunch around 12:30 pm we were told it would be approximately a 40 minute wait. We heard great reviews so we decided to wait. Let me tell you it was definitely worth it! We were greeted by the Owners Carolina & Bobby we ordered the Birria egg rolls guacamole with chips birria chiliquilies and coco crema orchata for drinks. Wow! Entree portions are huge! We ended up taking food home. The food was on point! Staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back to try the carne jugo and camaron diabla, and the quesabirria tacos! 5 Stars!!!

My family and I had stumbled upon this place when we're looking for authentic Mexican food, and Carolinas restaurant popped up. This place is truly a hidden gem and is run by one of the kindest owners. We ordered the appetizer chips, guacamole and salsa, taquito plate, beef plate and kids menu quesadilla plate. The food is made fresh and is prepared as you order. The service is top notch they are attentive, answer any questions and genuinely care about their customers. The food as bomb. The chips are freshly made, crunchy. The taquitos made of potato & chorizo were delicious and not dry. The beef tacos were seasoned well. As mentioned earlier it's a family owned business and they were extremely kind to my toddler after she had a bit of a meltdown. Will definitely visit again! Thank you for the wonderful experience. The ambiance is very cozy!!

Such delicious food! Such welcoming, charming owners! Such gorgeous handpainted murals (done by the owner Mr.)! We enjoyed the Taquitos Dorados Plate, loaded with Birria ($4.66 upcharge), QuesaBirria Tacos (3), both plates accompanied by their yummy whole Pinto beans and some of the most delicious Rice I've had in any Mexican restaurant in the U.S. One of the items we loved most is their Cup of Carne en Su Jugo (fairly pricey at $9.26, but to be fair, there was more than a cup there, and plenty of meat, and it came with a fresh flour tortilla. The Horchata was very good. Our only criticism is that Chips and Salsa ($6.16) are not free with your meal, but again, their chips are warm and their salsas are excellent. We'll be back for sure.

This was such an amazing place! I've been reading all of the 5-star reviews for quite a while now and am thrilled to have finally made it there to see for myself. First off, this family owned place is sort of hidden away in a strip mall so be aware but it's definitely worth finding. In terms of tacos, most places will have shredded beef (or chicken) crunchy tacos, and yet this is one of the few places that affectionately take a simple ground beef taco to the NEXT level! I LOVE that they have elevated these as it's rare to be able to get a good ground beef taco without making them yourself - GBTs don't get the respect they deserve hahaha !! These tacos were absolutely out of this world! Stuffed with plenty of well seasoned ground beef, quality ingredients/salsas and homemade fried shells, they were coupled with moist rice and flavorful pintos, and could not have been better. Also, service matters and a quick shout out to the folks in front of and behind the counter, making it happen! They were all so welcoming and couldn't do enough to make sure I was enjoying everything and it was truly pride of ownership as a family owned indie business. All in all, a great experience.

The food here is so fresh and delicious. I appreciate the fact that everything tastes like it was made in my mother's kitchen. The service is always good, even when they are busy. The owners truly care about their business and that shows in everything from the food to the ambience. I'll definitely be back often.

The flavors and quality of food is like none other in the Las Vegas area! The owners are so nice, they put their heart and soul into all that's cooked. We will be back, to all who read this, Go and enjoy! Keith Lee needs to review this place and put the Keith Lee effect on it!!
