Decided to try Carolina's tonight after I've been following them on social media for a bit. It's Saturday night in Vegas and we weren't sure if we were going to even be able to eat here. We apparently came at the right time as a couple was getting up from their table. This place is very cute inside but also very small, however, they make good use of the space they do have. Wow, just wow. Best Mexican food in Vegas by far. Everything we had was on point. Big portions and good. Will have to travel from St. George just to eat here. Carolina was the best also. Great service from a great lady.

Food and drinks absolutely amazing!!!! You can definitely tell that love, sweat and tears are put into every plate. Hands down the best around in the area. Service was top notch. We felt like we were in a true cocina de tia or abuela. We felt like family and we ate like family.
