An absolute culinary oasis! Catch has elevated dining to an art form. The Wagyu Surf and Turf Roll was a flavor symphony, marrying the richness of Wagyu beef with the delicate taste of lobster in perfect harmony. Great sit down place in the lobby of Aria. They had fresh oysters and great tuna. Others at the table said their steak was good as well. They had a full bar as well and made drinks on the strong side. I would go elsewhere for scotch but all the food was good. Expect to pay in the strip prices in this upscale place.
