I come here every other week, but tonight was a horrible experience with a new staff. Kid taking my order seemed like he was high on drugs and got my order wrong when I clearly asked if he got it right. Then waited extra long to get it fixed. Usually staff here are very polite and helpful, now it has definitely gone downhill.

This was my first time getting Chick-fil-a and it was REALLY good!! The tenders are ever so slightly sweet and I think they're my favorite!! We got a reg and a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries as well and they were all good. My only complaint is the pickles which I didn't know were included and I'm not a fan. The shakes were good as well. The people were so nice!!! Not overly as in sarcastically nice but genuinely nice. Overall great meal and I can't wait to go back!!
Upper management pushes great PR. starts at the top. Always pleasant to buy here. Great salads! But still uses toxic veg oils to cook with.

CFA has high standards to begin with, but this location exceeds them all. Their dining room experience is top-notch. They've all but eliminated the annoying crowd that bunches up at the end of the counter waiting for food by bringing your order right to the table. Their staff are professional, quick, and very efficient. The store was very clean and well kept, and felt very comfortable. I saw two people seated with their laptops out working, which to a traveling business person like me, is a sign folks feel very comfortable here.

This Chick-fil-A has an agreement with my son’s school that parents will order food to be delivered to the school for their students lunch. They forgot 18 lunches today and then refused to bring the lunches they forgot to bring. What a joke!!!!
