Food and service is great but the music is TERRIBLE! So bad that it seems it's made specifically to keep people from dining in. It's literally some of the dumbest music I've ever heard.

I did an online order, paid for my order online and even tipped.I arrived at the time given on my email which was about 40 minutes- the lady up front said she would look for my order, she came back out and said the system was down when I made my order so I had to wait in line to get my food.I let her know I couldn’t wait in line due to my child, she said the only other option was to give me a refund.. so I accepted the refund, and when I let her know I had a tip on my transaction she said “I can’t refund tips” LOLI literally said “so you get tipped for no reason”Insane. Terrible service. Go to a different chipotle with different and better management.

If there was ever a reason I would stop going to Chipotle, it would be because of this store. Thank God for other stores, and I don’t mind driving. This store is always filthy and there is always a Manager, so where is the leadership? There is absolutely zero effort made to represent Chipotle in a good light. Please do better!

Ordered food for my kids and I and each of us wanted burrito bowls. As soon as I was up next, I let the server know I wanted 5 bowls in total. She immediately slammed the spoon onto the counter in front of her and had the audacity to have an attitude about it. Not sure what the problem was at that point. I know that it was pretty busy, as it was around dinner time. After she did that, it made me very uncomfortable to want to continue with my order. But I was already there and was kind of invested from waiting in the line for a while. So I went ahead with my order and took my chances. I had a specific way of how I wanted to order the food but when I told her on one of those bowls were going to have doubled of everything on it, it threw me off and I wasn’t even able to complete my order the way I wanted it starting from the attitude that was given from the beginning. I also felt rushed and I forgot to add another item on one of those bowls and added something else that wasn’t supposed to be in it. I am one of the most understanding and kind person you can ever meet. I could have matched her energy but I didn’t. I left with my order and made sure to tell them to enjoy the rest of their day with a smile. The food quality was also off. But that’s ok. I expect that some days will not always be good.

I won't elaborate too much on this fast food/fast casual restaurant since for the most part, if you've been to one Chipotle, you've been to them all. I don't know what the exact number is but I'd like to think that my family and I have been to this Chipotle ~25 times since we moved to Las Vegas back in 2014. Bottom line, there've been good visits, and there've been horrible visits...yet, one thing still remains, the quality of the food has not "drastically" changed throughout the years; only the service and atmosphere.I've tried a lot of their entrées, but I still find myself going to the all trustworthy Asada and Chicken Bowl (double meat) - my family also enjoys the bowls along with the tacos. More often than not, we'll purchase the chips/salsa with our main meal, and although it may not be classified as the most authentic chips and salsa in Mexican cuisine, it's still good to have once in a while. The prices have been going up but that's expected with inflation and such. As mentioned earlier, the service can be hit or miss, but the majority of the time, it's respectable. One thing I've noticed about this restaurant (maybe it's common within the franchise), is that you don't typically see familiar faces (employees) for long. It seems that people decide to only work here for 3 months or so and then they find another place for employment. That's not necessarily a bad thing for the employees; however, for the restaurant itself, it can be difficult to gain continuity in their operations when you're having to constantly train and deal with new faces often. Oh well, as long as I get my stinkin' Asada Bowl, it doesn't really bother me...just an observation.Overall, I recommend this restaurant to everyone. It's not perfect...and you'll get those bad visits once in a great while, but it's rare these days to experience flawless service from fast food/fast casual places during "every" visit.

I sat in a line for 10 min and it never moved because the one girl making food decided to take a break and nobody else made food, people in line were grumbling and leaving and the staff was standing around chatting, I love chipotle but this location sucks, whoever is the manager needs to get with it, I left along with several others and won't be back, I remember when Chipotle had good customer service, kids care more about socializing than working!

We only ever get our food in person, and the line is almost always extremely long, but it’s ALWAYS delicious

Takes FOREVER for mobile orders to be made. Every single time I order I am waiting 15 minutes after I ordered 15 minutes prior.

I’ve been to this location a number of times and it is normally good. However, I ordered dinner for my wife and I from here tonight and it was an absolutely pathetic effort from this store. My order was supposed to be done at 6:20PM, I arrive at approximately 6:25PM and I proceeded to patiently wait until 6:55PM. Fed up, I asked where I was in queue to learn I was still 8th. I asked to cancel my order and was informed that can’t do that. The only alternative to get a refund is to call the customer support number. To make matters worse, they had 2 cashiers standing at the register laughing and joking as the rest of the restaurant struggled to make orders. The take out orders were only trickling out at a rate of approximately 1 per 5 minutes.Normally a good location but laughable service this evening. I got the notification my food was ready over 50 minutes after it was initially supposed to be done. No refund form management, no vouchers, nothing. Absolute joke. Please think long and hard before you consider an online order from this location, I know I will.
