I did an online order, paid for my order online and even tipped.I arrived at the time given on my email which was about 40 minutes- the lady up front said she would look for my order, she came back out and said the system was down when I made my order so I had to wait in line to get my food.I let her know I couldn’t wait in line due to my child, she said the only other option was to give me a refund.. so I accepted the refund, and when I let her know I had a tip on my transaction...read full review
If there was ever a reason I would stop going to Chipotle, it would be because of this store. Thank God for other stores, and I don’t mind driving. This store is always filthy and there is always a Manager, so where is the leadership? There is absolutely zero effort made to represent Chipotle in a good light. Please do better!

Food and service is great but the music is TERRIBLE! So bad that it seems it's made specifically to keep people from dining in. It's literally some of the dumbest music I've ever heard.
