I used to like this place when they first opened but they've gone down hill fast. I came in just to order 3 potatoes, 3 corn, and 24oz of sauce and was charged $27. No wonder this place had zero other people here

Very affordable, very clean and has an island vibe to it. But the taste is just ok. Out of the three seafood boil restaurants I have been to, this one comes in third. Maybe it’s the sauce? I ordered a lb of shrimp with the signature sauce. My server was remarkable. I give him 10/10 for his service.

My parents wanted a seafood boil for lunch and we decided to check out Crab Island. It is located in the SW area. We walked in and were surprised to an empty restaurant! We were greeted by a friendly guy who said to sit anywhere we wanted. We chose a booth which is large and plenty of room for 4. The dining area is spacious and open with booths and tables. We still couldn't believe no one else was dining! We were given menus and I like that they have combos which include sides. The prices are not bad compared to some other spots. Started off with garlic bread which only came with 2 slices. My parents ordered the Snow Crab Legs Lover with shrimp, 2 corn, 1 potato and added 5 slices of sausage. They went with the signature seasoning and mild spice level. My husband & I ordered the Build Your Combo 3lbs with shrimp, black mussels, 3 corn, 3 potatoes and added 10 slices of sausage. We went with the signature seasoning and medium spice level. We were given bibs and gloves and a bucket for shells. The garlic bread came out first then the waiting began. We have been to plenty of seafood boil spots and the food usually comes out pretty quick and since we were the only ones in there we expected it to. But unfortunately that wasn't the case. We waited at least 25 minutes til it finally came! Our server came by plenty of times to refill our drinks while we were waiting and kept telling us the food should be coming out. Then another staff member from the kitchen came to us and told us the same thing. Our bags finally came and be careful when opening because there was a lot sauce in there. The shrimp size was good as were the black mussels. We are used to ordering signature sauces and usually they are more savory but the sauce here was actually on the sweet side. The lemons helped a little. Overall it was good. We like spicy but we went with medium because the server said it was hot but it wasn't. Our server was great when it came to keeping our drinks full. I did knock off a star for the long wait and sweet sauce. Can't say if we will be back but we gave it a try!

The best boil I have had in the Southwest. Seafood was so fresh and the sauce/seasoning was perfect. The restaurant is clean & spacious. The server was so kind and on top of everything. I will eat here every time I’m in Vegas, it’s a hidden gem.

I was excited to try Crab Island, especially the blue crab. I read good reviews. Upon entering, noticed there were hardly any patrons on a Saturday evening around 5pm. Only one family, and someone picking up take out at this Jones location. We were greeted, and the waiter explained how to order from the menu.We were told that they do not have blue crab, when we tried to order it. So we ordered the crab lovers dish. The order came out quickly, and we started eating after putting on the bibs and gloves. My husband quickly noticed that the shrimp was under cooked, I noticed the corn on the cob was cold , the rice was dry, and the sauce was not what we had expected (according to the reviews). We ate as much as possible, drank the tea to wash down the rice. This was our first and last time we will visit this establishment. So, dissatisfied.

Cute and super clean place on 12 Pacific in east Henderson just off water street. Great place, great food, the service was impeccable, highly recommend the crab boil bag! Amazing flavor. Don't be afraid to get messy!

Ordered through UE for the first time. Fried shrimp, catfish, and softshell crab. Food was overcooked and tasted as if it was cooked in old grease! I couldn't even eat this nasty mess! Certainly not worth the money! I wouldn't recommend this place!

Quality and Flavor are key in crab boils, and Crab Island leaves nothing to be desired in both categories! Their signature seasoning has the perfect combination to accentuate the natural flavor of the chosen protein. We had the crab, shrimp and the crawfish. The natural flavors of each were maintained and not lost in seasoning like other sub-par boils.I would honestly love to keep this place a hidden gem in Las Vegas, but this place is just too good!Closed Wednesdays, but open all others. Ask for Polo and tell him Jon sent you! Attentive and expeditious service with a smile. There are plenty of tables with ample space so you wont be crowed elbow to elbow with the next table like other places. This is perfect for large parties - just make reservations in advance. Can't wait to return with friends and family. This honestly is a secret, family owned, local business. Minimal wait times before 7pm. Check this place out now before is gets too popular and the wait for a table increases.

One star only goes to the server who was nice. Went here with my family only to be utterly disappointed with food that had no flavoring, crab was served Luke warm and overcooked. The flavoring was awful and at prime dinner time the place was empty. Not what you would expect from a place with high ratings. Left completely disappointed. This place shouldn’t be open for business because the food is bland, old recooked or not even fresh anymore. The chef came out and could see disappointment but we were fair with him. I hope this chain makes major changes or it simply shouldn’t exist.

60 for king crab but the king crab was more like a baby crab leg. Less food and not tasty, rice was over cooked, lobster was microwaved to be steaming hot. Poor quality ? expensive for bad food.

Came for the AYCE but they discontinued it a month ago. We opted for the 3lb combo with Shrimp, Black Mussels, and Clams - mild Signature Sauce, with Corn and Potatoes as the sides. Added sausage, 1/2lb snow crab. The place is rather large and empty. Tables and booth seating. We saw 2 people working. Our server was nice. The food came out pretty quick. The signature sauce was kind of sweet and meh. I'd opt to go butter only next time. Not bad. Good pricing for what we've seen in the valley. I'd come back. Idk when, but it's now an option!
