I am truly blown away at what an exceptional meal we had here. I eat aLOT of sushi, and drink alot of sake, and Kase totally dominated any restaurants I frequent in Portland, it also blew Nobu out of the water. I was in Vegas for 3 nights and and ate dinner here 2 out of the 3 nights. The Oomori (7 course tasting) was outstanding and is one of the best values out there in the business. Couple that with a great beer and sake menu and a very nice low key ambiance and you have an absolute winner. Can't wait to go back!

My first casual omakase in Vegas and it was amazing! The ambiance was nice and calm. Service was excellent. Came here for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint! We chose the Oomoro (7 course tasting) and it was more than plenty to get us full by the end. Everything tasted fresh! We would have to come back and try the 9 course next time!
