Crossroads Kitchen Las Vegas is an excellent upscale vegan restaurant. The five-course tasting menu offers generous portions, with dishes artfully assembled and exciting flavors. Standout dishes include the Pizza Blanca, braised eggplant short rib, linguine scallops, and lions mane mushroom steak chimichurri. The scalopps rockefeller and meatballs are also highly recommended. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, attentive service, and a great wine list. It's a high-end vegan option, offering great value for the money. The only suggestion would be to request a table further inside the restaurant to better enjoy the live pianist, away from the casino's hustle and bustle.
