For whatever reason galbi jjim has become like my obsession and this place is easily the best I've had in Vegas. Get the cheese, if only for the wow factor when they torch it at the table.Also, that tartare is fantastic. Definitely worth getting it.We split just these two dishes between three people and left full with no leftovers and none of us are skinny people ?
I had to soak the garlic in the galbitang for a short time and remove it at the end, so the soup was clean, but I was a little disappointed that it tasted like the garlic had been released. I think the braised ribs would taste better if they were a little less sweet. Overall, the quality of the meat was good.

Six stars! We are obsessed with Daeho. If you haven’t tried, you are missing out. We’ve stood in frozen rain for two hours and travelled far and wide for the privilege of stuffing ourselves with the delightful mix of spicy beef, glass noodles, comfort food vegetables and cheese. Plus no lines in the Vegas location! Daeho has never disappointed and we’ve been here a lot. If you are lucky enough to have a Daeho in your hometown, know that leftovers are also delightful.
