Waited an hour for my pizza, call the store to check where is it and they said that they will have to cancel since the driver got into a flat tire which I understand but give me no option about canceling the order instead of offering some sort of compensation really bad service And customer service.no sorry

The food is always impressive and ready very quickly. The service is kind and always understanding. It is a great pizza place and I will always come back.Kid-friendliness: It is a safe environment for kids. When you walk in they even have a stand for kids to watch the process of pizza making. It is a great thing to do. Overall great for kids.

Placed order via web as always do. I have Ring doorbell, rings, see Domino’s driver, went to door no one in sight. Shows on tracker delivered. Called store, person said just a minute put me on hold; doorbell rings again, lady with delivery (I am still on hold) she states previous driver forgot my order. No explanation other than that and no we are sorry etc.On top of this my wings not completely cooked, had to put them in the air fryer.Really a terrible experience which is sad as they were really great in past. Doubt will order anymore from them.

Couldn't even add cheese at an extra cost to the Pepperoni Cheesy Beead at this location. Employee stated it doesn't give her that option, but I could add extra Pepperoni..

I dont know how some general mangers get the position they have. Manquel has awful customer service. No way should he be a manager. Type of guy with a im the manager complex... Ill be making complaint to corporate as well!! I was told i cannot buy a extra side of jalapeños..... Really

This Domino’s Pizza never answers their phone. It always hangs up on me. Also think they use off site phone center service. Three times my order got mixed up. No longer using this location for delivery.
Food was fine. I ordered chicken Alfredo and the bowl served me was less than 1/2 full. Lots of money for a little bit of food.

Over an hour after ordering.. no pizza. Apparently Dakota needs 45 minutes for a “quality check”. When you call to cancel nobody answers!

You guys are having some real issues. We called the store number and got a call center that didn't understand we wanted pizza We have tried your app and website and can't get it ordered. We have tried for 2 weeks. Not sure what the issue is but you need to get this fixed.

I did an online order for carry out. I was told it would be ready in 13 minutes so I left right away. I got there early, waited in my car and kept checking the app. In exactly 13 minutes it was ready and I went in to get it. I was greeted immediately. Everything on my order was correct and it all tasted great! Definitely will be back!
