I walked in and initially could not tell where the line started and what people were waiting for their orders. I had to ask several people. There was not a line so I waited at the cash register for 5 minutes. There were 5 employees working, not one greeted me said I’ll be with you in a minute. Several walked past and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I feel very disregarded as a customer and an angry that I wasted the time I did to stop here on my way to work and still didn’t end up with breakfast. The store was not so busy that I should have had to wait 5 minutes and still not been acknowledged. One girl even looked me in the face a few times and still did not say a thing to me or give me a smile or anything. I don’t know if they even knew if I was waiting to order or waiting on food. Get a manager in there fast. This place needs better management. Thankfully there is a Starbucks in same parking lot…. Thank you employees for loosing a customer and sending them to put more money in Starbucks pockets!Train your employees in customer service! I probably won’t re visit this place based of my experience. I was really looking forward to a local nox and coffee this morning!

Bagel was good. Service can be better. I was ready to pay with a card out after I ordered. Tracy (an elderly blonde lady) was wiping down a toaster, took her sweet time getting back to me. Sorry, I notice micro-aggressions. Her attitude is lame. Another lady came by and told her to help me and I appreciated that but ultimately I was at the beginning of a rush and somehow I still had to wait till everyone's order was taken care of to receive mine.

My family and I had breakfast here two days in a row while on vacation in Vegas. The workers were hustling throughout the morning working together to get orders out as quickly as possible. I added the app on my phone and received a free bagel and shmear for joining and other rewards for purchasing food. The bagel sandwiches were delicious and filling. It was a great breakfast and at a great price.

They had a computer glitch this morning and the line started becoming longer where people started leaving. The managers came out and a visiting employee to let everyone know what's going on. As soon as the computers came up. I saw the women behind the counter hustle. I'm amazed by the effort the women had put out

Yesterday their ovens were broken so they were not able to properly serve people, I'm giving them 3 stars because that's not entirely their fault. Despite the situation they were serving what they could and had good attitudes.

Slowest & worst Einstein Bros Bagel ever. The worker's have no sense of urgency.... One guy looks like he doesn't know how to charge people. It really sucks when you leave home early, so that you can get a quick bite to eat before going to work. This place does not do that. No one took over the Order Line in over 10 minutes... I left. Horrible service.

This place is a disaster. They are out of half the menu items and it is filthy. Food all over the floor, all the tables are dirty. Its gross. First and last time.

Just left here. It took 45 mns to get our order of a toasted bagle which was cold and a breakfast sandwich! It was total chaos with people not getting correct orders and upset people waiting 30 mn plus for food. A long line of customers and no one to take orders. I understand places are short staffed but this was ridiculous and no one was moving very fast. They need to do better!

Was there for first time, love your spread, but this location customer service was bad, as a customer service manager I would fired everyone the spot for how rude they were, to all customers, and they messed up both of my sandwhiches, then manager was rude when I asked to fix it, I great sandwhich will visit differant loction.

I had a mobile order placed for this location for 8:20 and I am disappointed how they chose their favorite clients to go get their order first 14 minutes after my order was supposedly ready. They kept saying I am next but my order never came up. All they do is talk and one of the cooks walks slowly around the back while the other two are gossiping next to the bagel oven. 20 minutes passed and nothing. I hope Einstein bros works with sense of urgency because these employees don't have it. P.S I asked for toasted bagel and they were cold.

Went in this morning - didn’t look too busy. We waited 36 minutes from paying for our order of two sandwiches. After the first twenty minutes I was told my order was next up for processing. Turned out that wasn’t the case. Numerous (at least twenty-five, some door dash and order-ahead) people were served ahead of us.Something in their ordering system needs to change.Bagels were fine once we got them, though we’d long since finished our drinks and had to ask for the included potato chips.
