I visited this location today for a takeout order. In the process, I had the pleasure of encountering the team lead, Christian. Not only was he polite and courteous, he ensured that my tostados shrimp and chicken salad was made to perfection. I really felt like a very valued customer throughout the entire visit. I wish people could take a lesson in customer service etiquette from Christian. Thanks Christian!

Ordered ahead online . Ready for pick up 30 min later and when I walk in nobody says anything to u. After loosing my patience 15 min later just standing there they only start making the order when u finally getting angry. Ignorance to the fullest

Pollo loco you did me dirty I drove 10 minutes from my house went through a drive-through order my chicken salad got home the avocado was rotten the salad had a brown spot not even yellow spot but brown the spinach had a white spot it was mold I had to drive all the way to the restaurant so I can get my money back and the excuse from the lady said we were doing mid shift . Well they could've told me at the drive-through to wait for fresh food but they didn't I will never have Pollo Loco you guys grossed me out !
