The food is great. My order and service was ?. I ordered online with mobile and was early to pick it up. This confused the whole process. After checking in, someone put my order on the to be picked up area. I was delayed an extra 20 minutes. There were no utensils nor napkins in the order. This location needs some leadership and training about customer service.

This is unacceptable, usually I'd leave a good review but honestly this place doesn't deserve it,a few days ago I got a leg and thigh meal and they were dry, and kinda hard.. the lady that gave me my food had the bag looking like a birds nest.. I hope this girl can even fold clothes because the way she crumbled my napkin is just weird.. almost no one speaks up about it! Like the way she had my food looking is just unbelievable.. Food was hot and fresh however the condiments bar was not set up, service was almost non-existent and only way to order was at kiosk witch was not ready until 10 min after opening. Store was dirty even though they just opened. Looked like a dirty mop was used to mop the lobby still food particles on the ground.. baseboards very dirty and missing in areas.. bathroom was dirty even though I was the first to use it... First customer to use it.
