Everything was excellent, right down to the bread service. We are locals and eat at Strip restaurants all the time so we are used to a high level of service and I can tell you that Emmitt's will be in our normal rotation of restaurants. Emmitt's is a great addition to the Las Vegas Restaurant Landsacape. Beautiful dining room, lovely patio and great food. Oh, and FREE PARKING at the Fashion Show mall. Standout food choices were the Japanese Wagyu Hot Rock app. Caesar and Wedge Salads, Miso Sea Bass, Dry aged Bolognese Pasta, Prime Bone in Ribeye. The food was amazing, the location also was very easy to find and free parking at the mall. tuna tartar and beef carpaccio as well as their creamy mash potatoes. large sides portions. Highly recommended.
